A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I have had the services of large agencies such as David Andrew or Foxton, but I can assert that when I contracted the services of SmartLink Estates I did not notice the difference with the large property agencies. They have top-of-the-line software and face-to-face treatment that provide security and make you feel like family. It is a small owned agency but they have an employee -Jay- who is worth 10, and he is a very prepared and knowledgeable young man in this matter. Jay is very personable, patient and candid. He will surely understand you and find that wonderful and charming property that you are looking for.

Being patient and well organized, Jay helped us through the whole house rental process. It is also important to say that We learned what we were doing well and what we could improve.
