Avoid this agency as much as you can. Just steal your money basically. Down hundreds of pounds at the end of our tenancy even though we never agreed to any money being released as a deposit. Appalled at the customer service. Absolutely disgusting with the way they went about everything. Also funny how they 'cant verify' any of the negative reviews, it's never their fault is it. Do yourself a favour and go with someone else. It's really not worth the headache.

Really great service from Winkworth - I needed to move as soon as possible as I had secured a new job role in West London, everyone at Winkworth was always really prompt, helpful and friendly & made finding a gorgeous new home really easy! We viewed the property on a Saturday, made an offer there and then & Winkworth ensured it would be accepted the same day. The referencing process only took a couple of days & by the next Saturday we were all moved in! The speediest process I have ever had with an Estate Agents - really recommend! We’d been trying to sell our period three-bed semi for a year, using two different local agents and an online agent. However, we had only low offers or acceptable offers that then fell through. Frustrated, we took our property off the market for several weeks and then appointed Winkworth, Ealing. Unlike other agents we’d used and met, who were high-pressure and bullishly over-confident about the speed at which they could find us a buyer and the price they could get, Narendra brought a more considered and thoughtful approach to the sale which we liked. We felt he spoke honestly, straightforwardly and from considerable experience. Zack, who conducted the viewings, was an excellent communicator who gave us timely, detailed feedback on what viewers thought. He steered us through negotiations with two potential buyers and, once we’d accepted an offer, made sure the legal side of things kept moving. Within three months of placing our property with Winkworth we’d exchanged contracts. Having experienced other agents, we’d definitely recommend Winkworth as we just found the level of advice and service they offered was better. We should have gone with them at the very beginning!

If you are looking for a friendly or helpful agents, this may not be your first choice. I was expecting a reasonable or basic respect. unfortunately, they only like to take your money but never take any responsibility about your renting place. If anything happened, it’s all your fault.

I stayed in one of their properties for nearly 2 years. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. I would recommend using Sab estate agent.

Shocking estate agents, they forgot to give us keys and sign contracts - we had to remind them. Extremely unprofessional, the flat we moved into was covered with mould, windows wouldn't shut, no heating and electrics would trip once a day. They are impolite and won't return emails or calls. They don't have any interest in the tenants and will try to charge a extra fee (illegal to charge extra to tenants since tenant fee ban) which we said we didn't want three times, they still charged. Negligent, rude and disrespectful.

I've been their tennant in Oaktree House for one year. Very reliable agency, very good and quick maintenance service, very friendly letting agents. We went through a lot of agencies while searching for a house, and none compared with Oak Tree. Jennifer and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, always sent videos of potential properties, so there was limited to no wasted time, and once we found the right place to rent, they guided us through every step. Highly recommend!

They do not care for tenants at all. If there was a zero-star rating I would give them for the worst customer service ever (as a tenant/applicant) and how willing they are to literally rip you off for the landlord sake. Please think carefully before dealing with them. Thanks be to God that I am not their client anymore.
