5 letting agents in Wembley Park

I am with Network Home with 4 years and recently I have so many problem. I explain them several time even I provide them Police Ref is well but they don't want to help. Very bad Housing group. We are scared

6 week wait to do a simple fix. Currently have a 9” hole in the outside wall. It’s draughty to say the least . Suggestion by clueless call handler suggested filling it with newspaper! Needless to say it’s useless. A carpenter booked for a masonry/multi skilled job booked, so clueless to. Will it be fixed on the 1st visit? Probably not. Best Wishes Mr Edward J Weeks

I have been dealing with an issue with Network Homes for over a year. I am not a Network Home tenant, but today I finally felt that the company was living up to providing excellent customer service. Today I spoke to Irene Little and she clearly explained what Network Homes were in the process of doing. After I finished the telephone conversation I felt reassured the matter is being dealt with. She was friendly, calm with a wealth of knowledge about housing. She a real asset to Network Homes and what it aspires to represent!

I wanted to rent a property and found a lot of the other agents in the area to be quite blunt and impatient with me. I had quite high demands for my new rental property because I had a bad experience with a previous landlord. Wayne was on the phone to me for over 30 minutes listening to my story and my requirements and matched me to the perfect property. I recently moved in and I couldn’t be happier! Just goes to show if you take time to listen then everyone will be happy in the end.

Like many landlords, I recently fell victim to the ever changing Lettings legislation within the uk. Natalia informed me I had to get an EICR done at my property before April 1st 2020 and she ensured I was compliant and didn’t break any laws. I was very nervous that I was going to have to spend thousands of pounds on potential works but Natalia calmed me down and explained why this would have potentially been the case. That being said the report came back ok but it was good to know I had Natalia to explain and ease me through a potentially very stressful situation.

When I chose Tipi (Quintain Living) and decided to move all the way from central London to Wembley just for it, I thought I would finally get a different & a better experience than those of the high-street letting agents of London who can often be frustrating and difficult to deal with as a tenant. I didn’t care about the cost, I was prepared to pay a premium for a hassle-free living. And their on-site residents team is usually made up of good people, don't get me wrong. But having spent just over a year in, I have been proven wrong many times by the company's corporate culture. Tipi is just the same of those local high-street agents but bigger and more corporate, and hence even more difficult to deal with; and that is true even when you do everything right on your end as a tenant. All the fancy greetings and chattiness is there only until you sign the first contract / when a renewal is due. The rest of the time you can't even get a simple email or a phone call answered by their agents. Not even mentioning the stressful move-in experience (no confirmation until last night) I was given for reasons beyond my control or having to wait for a year to get the most basic household maintenance requests done. Then there’s the rent increments in every contract renewal with a claim of ‘high demand’ for the properties, and yet they are ridiculous enough to ask to see the details of your financial status when you wish to terminate your contract earlier than planned. Lastly, the fact that I had to fight for a full calendar month to get my deposit back after my departure. Well, guess I’m not going back ever again.

A wolf in sheeps clothing - do your research on this company please before giving them a penny. You might save yourself a lot of grief in the long run.

Wembley-lovely area and the apartments are very nicely decorated. It has pleasant views overlooking the stadium, but the cons are that prices are very high, car parking isn't included and no option to buy

I’m reviewing Tipi having lived there last year. Is it expensive? Yes—but it takes all the hassle out of finding a nice flat and a responsive landlord in London. The flats are gorgeous, the communal areas are great and the services they provide are stellar. If you don’t mind paying a little extra for comfort, renting with Tipi is highly recommended.

Dishonest estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Gave me the run around for weeks. They lied from the start, told me the homeowner has sold the house to a friend of his sons. I went to see the homeowner as I really wanted the house and was willing to put a higher offer. I then found out the seller had no knowledge of the first offer I put in and there was no “friends son” ( agents latter claimed it was down to miscommunication). It seems like the agents had already sold the house beforehand at a lower price to someone they liked and wasted my time and lied. It’s sad that an agent would rip off their own customer ( the homeowners were an elderly couple which makes it so much worse and they were selling to get a retirement home). At least now the homeowner knew Knew about my offer so hopefully they received a good price for it from who ever they sold it to. They made me get a mortgage in principle before I could even put a offer in which obviously impacted my credit score as I had to get a credit check when they knew full well I would not get the property regardless of what offer I put in.Do not buy or sell a house with this agent. Should have listened to all the negative reviews and stayed away, the positive reviews seem questionable.

Our experience with Smith Melzack was excellent throughout the selling process and we were impressed with their dedicated service. We had a complex property sale which was dealt with professionally and Tricia’s knowledge, communication and dedication was faultless throughout.
