I'm going through the process of viewing properties listed on Foxtons, and so far the experience has been amazing. Aarati at the Wembley office (my agent) is super friendly, very understanding of my property needs and goes out of the way to help me find my new home. Compared to other agencies I've tried to go through, the service here is wonderful and she always keeps in touch with more properties that fit what I want.

We interacted with Mr Abdul Jabarkhail and Mr Adam Thornton during our search for buying a property in Mar-Apr 2021. Mr Abdul was very diligent in the entire process from taking down our requirements, shortlisting properties and arranging viewing for our selected properties. He also provided us with relevant information to help make the right decision for our purchase. Due to a personal choice we were not able to complete our transaction with Foxtons but we will be happy to do business with them in the future.

A great service in general from Foxtons. Even though i didn't end up taking a property with them, i had a good experience. My requirements were taken down and discussed at length. I was then speedily taken out to view a number of houses. It was only because a previous option i had lost out on, came back to me at the last minute, that i didn't follow through with my interest in a house that Foxtons presented to me. However the service received was a great one and would recommend to anyone searching for a house or flat to rent

Best, Agency in London! I have been living in one of their property for over 4 years, and everything was always super smooth: from choosing the flat, to pick-up the key, to help solve anything in the flat (everything was always solved under a 48h,) to the check-out, to the deposit return... I could not recommand them more.

Since due to covid we were not allowed to visit the house in person, they sent complete videos of entrance, and the house and also shared inventory report to give us an idea of what's included or not. Next when we moved, they initiated registration with utility providers on their own. Overall a pleasant experience of having moved in a building managed by them

I just wanted to say I'm incredibly disappointed in their services, and will never be recommending or using when it comes to selling my property. I enquired about a flat for sale by calling, and was told the agent representing this property would call me back the next day. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from - absolutely ridiculous and SO unprofessional. Clearly they don't care about making commissions.

I have never dealt with a more disgusting property management agency before. It has been 3 weeks since we have been in the property so far and there are still things to be fixed that should have been resolved before we even moved in: cracked window, broken radiator, no waste bins, among others. The cleaner was sent for the first time today also - 3 weeks after we moved in!! Not to mention the oven and washing machine, which didn't even work and had to be completely replaced once we flagged this. We have been following up actively about things since day 1 and when we are not ignored, we are met with defensive & unprofessional communication from Greg - the supposed property "manager". There is only one word for this man and his ability to manage, and that is: outrageous (though despicable also comes to mind). The few things which have been fixed so far have been addressed at almost snail speed, and it is truly no mistake that the average Google rating for this agency (at the time of writing this review) is 1.9 - I would even call this generous. Perhaps I am to blame for not taking this rating seriously enough when I found out from my lettings agent that the property I was deciding to let was under the management of Adilsons. I have written this review so that perhaps someone else might heed my warning (as well as that of many other reviewers) and make a more conscious decision. I'd also suggest you research their criminal conviction mentioned by another reviewer - search "Adilsons Properties criminal conviction". Be warned.

I have been a tenant with Adilsons Properties for a little over a year now. Up until recently the property had been excellent with no maintenance requests, however, only recently there had been a little bit of damp. The Adilsons staff jumped on this very quickly and put my mind at ease with constant communication. This is now sorted and I couldnt be happier! Thank you!!

I was dealing with Adilsons Properties in regards to my daughter coming to London for study. They have arranged a good apartment on time and with safe transactions - all was done remotely with a good deal of trust and good faith. The apartment was good for the money, centrally located. Warm in winter and had a great support 24*7 - when the girls accidentally locked the door from outside the help arrived in 30 min. The deposit was returned on time . Thank you Adilsons Properties - I can recommend your service to everyone. And special kudos to Greg! I hope my report helps someone.

I recently moved in a flat managed by Adilsons Properties, not only the flat is great, spacious and well maintained, but all the small bits and bops that one could find when moving in a new flat were resolved quickly and very professionally by Greg, Kaspa and all the team. They have always been very service minded with all my requests and can't thank them enough for the service they keep on providing.

Great place to live. The building managers are professional and very friendly. The building is clean and modern and any maintanence concerns are handled swiftly. There are some great perks such as free coffee and well maintained common areas. The apartments are surprisingly quiet despite being just 2 minute walk from the train station. We love the convenience of having the local amenities just a hop skip and a jump away. Overall we feel very lucky to live here.

This is my first home in London following moving from abroad. I couldn't be happier with the building and the staff. The apartment is clean and bright with great appliances and was well thought out when furnished. The staff who manage and maintain the building are friendly and helpful and continue to make the residents feel as at-home as possible; often going above and beyond expectation. The building is close to commute points, necessary shops, entertainment venues, and a short walk from a lovely little park. I have been beyond impressed while staying here.

After moving countries and searching for apartments for around 2 months we came across the Assembly and their fantastic staff. Great modern building with good amenities and common spaces, clean and well kept with friendly staff happy to help any time.
