I've been using Dexters for the last few years now to let our my flat in Parsons Green and I've found them very professional, friendly and good at what they do. This year my tenants wanted to leave early and Dexters sorted everything out smoothly and I lost no income or other costs from this. They are all good in the Fulham Office but Libby, in particular, impresses. I'm not always an easy client to deal with but Libby is unfailingly helpful and professional which is very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Oliver was our estate agent for my first move to London for me and my housemate. I couldn’t fault the service, he was so helpful in the search, and found a place that ticked all our boxes. Oliver is very kind and genuine and very easy to talk to, he did everything and anything to help us from keeping us updated with our offer, informing us of the best way to do things and also conducted a couple more viewings as requested to make sure we were comfortable with the property. Just signed on a great flat with KFH. Our letting agent Samantha could not have been more helpful, patient and lovely and helped us a lot throughout the whole process making it go as smoothly as possible. She really went the extra mile. I had someone else for my initial viewing who was about half an hour late and then rushed my viewing because he had other people in after me. But we love the flat and Samantha and the rest of the team couldn't have been better!

Previously would have given half a star. Having had a tedious and painful experience with Foxtons for several weeks, their new lettings manager Alex started at just the right time. He actually seemed to care about our situation and was extremely helpful and responsive; actually proactively chasing and resolving the issue for us rather than me having to constantly call but getting no response as had been the case for weeks before he started. I would strongly advise avoiding this dishonest agency at all costs whether you are a landlord looking to let a property, a vendor looking to sell or even a potential tenant. Not only have they not fixed a single thing in the property as agreed to prior to signing the agreement, but also I was lied to and manipulated into paying over the market rate and signing up to a tenancy agreement far longer than I wanted despite consistently requesting a break clause to pursue work promotions. Now during the unprecedented times of COVID-19 I am unable to pay my rent and bills due to job loss and tied into a 3 year tenancy at an overpriced one bedroom flat in Fulham and of course, Marsh & Parsons have been no help whatsoever. I either pay a hefty exit fee of £5,000 and lose my £2,000 deposit or I declare bankruptcy. I've offered them retention of my whole deposit if they could just release me from the contract that the agent told me would be 'so easy to get out of' yet they are not open to that they would rather drive someone to emotional and financial breakdown during a time that's already hard enough as it is. They will lie to you to get your business and then leave you in the lurch once they've been paid on it. I found out that the reason they were so reluctant to put a break clause in for us was in fact because they don't get paid anything more than the break term and they never even asked the landlord who would have been absolutely fine with it! Our landlord is completely on board with allowing us to leave but M&P just won't allow it and somebody has to pay their fee according to them, they are unreasonable money-grabbers with no compassion. BEWARE. I will be taking this to the ombudsman and shouting from the rooftops as well as contacting the press on this.

The worst estate agent experience I had to date. The agent did want to show us a flat with tenants in, none of whom were wearing masks, all windows shut, exposing us to a great deal of risk over a pandemic. This is not just unprofessional, but utterly unacceptable given the rise in Covid cases in the UK and London in particular. I doubt this behaviour complies with the policies set by the Government.

I had e-mailed in detail what exactly we're looking for and had specifically stated that things should be discussed over the phone once there's a property we are interested in and have the information we had specifically stated we require. For Evie Clery whose actions show that she simply didn't care what her clients' requests are this meant that instead of asking me to call her, she was supposed to send me what she has to offer based on our requirement. I had reminded her what our requirements are and what my request was via email only to have her respond 8 days later out of nowhere asking me if I had found something based on my requirements and never contact me again. I had to politely remind her what she was expected to do. Not saying she was necessarily rude, but if I had to tell her how to do her job or do her job I may as well would have to charge her and get commission. Not sure how she wasn't made redundant with that careless attitude.

Not saying that they did a horrendous job, but Evie "mysteriously" disappeared after we told her we will be discussing things over the phone after there is a property we like and we get the information we specifically asked about. It's almost as if she didn't want anything put in writing so we have no proof of any potential lies. We weren't even sent/shown properties and we had put in writing exactly what we're looking for.

If there is a zero start I would give them zero. Very unprofessional estate agents. Moved out of the property and still waiting for the deposit back. Everytime I tried to contact them they say talk to Brian, George etc etc. I have provided all the final paid bills. Still they didn’t release the deposit. Very unprofessional. I’m going to report this company. Without any prove they can’t hold the deposit. Please think twice before you use this company.

I'm not sure where to begin with this agency. Unprofessional staff in particularly the tyrannical and dictatorial Danan Chellapa (who is the head of the agency). Not only does Mr Danan instruct his staff to conduct unlawful visits, but also to engage in unlawful practices such as Tennant harassment and intimidation. Once we left the property we also did not recive our security deposit back despite not being in arrears,I don't know why this is allowed to continue. Please be aware of this man and the agency!!

Absolutely appalling “service” provided by Lawsons & Daughters. I recommend to avoid.

I have had the opportunity to deal with Kai Menneken, a Sales and Lettings Negotiator at this firm. He is an exemplary employee at this agency demonstrating superb skills in relationship management, timely response and consistently exceeds our expectations.

My experience has been wonderful so far as a tenant with this company. Kai, the property manager has been of great help in answering all of my enquiries promptly and overextending himself to adjust to my unique circumstances of applying for a leasehold from abroad. Highly recommend!
