As a private Landlord, we also need help to find good tenants. We have been working with Philip McConville and his letting team for a few years now. Only slight teething problem that I had to do a little chasing to get some paperwork sent through. I would like to thank Connor for fixing this issue very promptly.

My experience with Acorn agency is very positive and satisfactory. I bought from them my first property and it was the only agency in the area which could really provide a very thorough service, starting from the high quality of their website and properties listed till the support received till the very end of the process. Darren explained buying and selling professionally. Put us at ease through the whole process. Sam escorted potential buyers around my home. Highlighting all the reasons to buy my house. Great team. However.we wasn't as impressed with the progressive agent. As I understand.her job title is to act with buyers and sellers and liaise with solicitors. She was contacting us direct. Instructing us to contact our solicitor and the person we were buying from.we both feel.we did her job. That aside.we would gladly recommend your company

I chose Foxtons Vauxhall as my agent to handle the sale of my Flat after they had acted as managing agent for the letting of the property between 2015 and 2021. I cannot praise Nam Nguyen and his team enough for all the effort they put into securing a highly satisfactory outcome. Nam kept me updated as the sale progressed, he was always helpful and positive and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Great estate agents to work with! I specifically had the pleasure of working with Emma, and she was really great at understanding what we were looking for. Being my same age, I felt she understood our needs and I felt like she was truly invested in helping us find the best flat! Would definitely recommend her, and would work with her again.

During tenancy agents were unresponsive with a simple repair taking longer than a month to arrange. At the end of the tenency had to go through an ordeal with Tenancy Deposit Scheme and Garton Jones. Not to use Garton Jones again.

Thieves, do not waste your time and money When at first they showed us the property they said that in the case of not passing the credit check we would have to pay 6 months up front and we agreed. After paying the holding deposit to secure the property and not passing the credit check we were ready to pay 6 months straight away as it had been agreed, but then, they changed the terms stablished before and asked for 12 months upfront. We waited for almost two days to get an answer from this company (never got a final response) and we had to call them several times as we saw a huge lack of interest on our situation. They kept coming up with excuses and more excuses. They also kept the money and said we lie on our references which is certainly not true. We lost our money, time and patience with Garton Jones agency Please don’t make the same mistake

Garton Jones has really excelled as an estate agent for me. I am a Northern girl who has lived in London for a few years now and found the London housing market difficult to smoothly navigate. My first estate agent in London was a very well known company yet caused me many problems so I already was on the defence when I moved to my second location around nearly two years ago. However, my experience with Garton Jones (specifically Nine Elms and Vauxhall branch) has been nothing but efficient. Joe Chalker really spent time in helping me find my current property and he made the process of getting it very painless. He was always down to earth, accurate and truthful and I had full confidence in everything he told me which proved to be correct. Since moving in, if I have any problems at all, Melisha and Iga at the property management team have quickly sorted them out mostly on the same day. I can always reach them and communication is always good. My experience with Riaan has been that he is very efficient and constantly on the ball. I couldn't recommend this branch more for anyone looking in the area.

My case was tremendously difficult being an international move from the US to the UK during COVID, but my agent Olivia was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating from day one. For instance; our time zones were 6 hours apart, so I was often communicating with her at undesirable hours with complex questions about the move. Rubbish. Don’t waste your time with them. 2-3 weeks ago we wanted rent one of their property (in royal docks) whenever we call they didn’t pick up, there was someone we had viewing for that flat, he’s name is Daniel, whenever we call him, make offers, send emails, ask for update we barely got answer from him. Terrible customer satisfaction. Definitely I don’t recommend it, wasting time
