Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

I had a very good experience with house move. It was hassle free and fast without any delays in documentation. All the thanks to Cater & Jonas Team especially Grace Phillip. Grace was helpful, professional and very prompt over email. She helped in making the move and all the additional stuff (bills and stuff) less stressful which was very important for me. They provided an excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service from everyone in the team who we interacted with. Olivia in particular was great, very professional, helpful and accommodating when it came to viewing the property and collecting the keys.

Brilliant team of very professional, knowledgeable and thorough agents. They sold our house (in Tooting Broadway) quickly, setting the right price and managing the whole process seamlessly, including one failed buyer, with ease. Highly recommended.

I have sold my home through Carter Jonas and can say it has all gone smoothly and efficiently. My agent, Isabelle Branson, is absolute dynamite. She's fantastically hard working, efficient, responsive and really knows the business. Isabelle guided me every step of the way, never over promised and always over delivered. She's the best. Thank you Isabelle.

I have recently had the utmost positive experience with the Barnard Marcus lettings team. Throughout the process I received excellent lines of communication with both Kirsty O'Shaughnessy and Josh Ferguson , and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Barnard Marcus' services.

Finley was very helpful when I was viewing a potential property to buy. I currently live outside of London and said a virtual tour be very useful, so he went to the flat and took a video. During the in-person viewing I had a lot of questions about the property and he was very knowledgeable about it. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Maria went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went through quickly and questions were answered with the Seller. The process was much better than experienced with other agents at different companies. Thank you to the Barnard Marcus Earlsfield team!

We’ve just sold our flat with Barnard Marcus and we’ve been really impressed with the service. Finley and Lisa were fantastic throughout - both really helpful, always available and really nice to work with. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks again guys!!

We recently sold our flat with Barnard Marcus and were impressed with their service throughout. From our initial valuation with Maria and subsequent viewings, down to moving along the sale once under offer with Finn and Lisa. Barnard Marcus were great to deal with, answering any questions we had and updating us with any viewings and offers immediately, I’m sure this level of attentiveness contributed to the short amount of time we were on the market for! I’d certainly recommend them to others!

Very professional and efficient. Jack went the extra mile to facilitate things between the seller and buyer in unprecedented circumstances to reach a fast deal. He spared no effort when needed and one could always feel that things kept moving on. He was always proactively available for a quick chat to explain things and kept everyone updated. Never felt radio silence. Very knowledgeable and a highly recommended service.

We were looking for a property to rent and the Knight Frank web site provided a lot of comprehensive information on properties available. There was one property of particular interest and a quick phone call with Harry led to an early appointment with Alice. Alice was already at the property when we arrived and had a comprehensive knowledge of it. Alice then followed up after our first visit and was equally helpful on our second viewing. Our offer was dealt with quickly and effeciently. Harriet then followed up to ensure we had a smooth move in on our chosen date. Overall a 5 star service.

Excellent service from Knight Frank. My flat came to the market mid November (uncertain times) and went under offer just a few days' later. Exchanged contracts 4 weeks later. Jack was very proactive and efficient and pleasant to deal with and hard working. Would not hesitate to recommend them

By far the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with in 8 years of living in London. When we moved in, the property was supposedly professionally cleaned, it wasn't. My flatmate literally cleaned food off the ceiling & blinds in the kitchen because it was that filthy. Whenever we had an issues with the flat, especially when first moving in, it took such a long time to get things sorted. The communication from the team is absolutely appalling. We lived in the flat for 6 months at which point both my flatmate and I left London due to lockdown to be with our families. We were emailed over 2 months before our lease was up to ask if we wanted to extend, we replied the next morning stating that we were moving at the end of the lease. Fast forward about a month and I was in the process of leasing a new flat and asked for a reference. At this point we received a rude email telling us that we hadn't replied to them about ending our lease and they were now being asked for references for my new flat. We replied and let them know that we had in fact replied over a month before, and attached the email. Things only went downhill from here. For the second 6 months of our lease we were not at the property for about 4 months. During this time the estate agents could have gone and taken pictures etc for when they wanted to put the property back on the market, but they didn't because they had completely ignored our email about not extending our lease. Due to them not reading our email by the time they got round to taking pictures of the flat we had packed up all of our things, which I made them aware of before they went to take pictures. We were asked when the things would be cleared from the flat as though we had left them there past the date of our lease! We were still paying full rent and asked for no reduction during lockdown, it was completely our right to have our things in the flat, packed up or not. They then posted the pictures online to lease the flat again. At this point I realized they had moved my personal property without my consent which is completely out of order. I had been back before the pictures were posted, but after they were taken, and didn't realize anything had been moved because they had even gone to the lengths of putting things back exactly as they were before including a blanket thrown onto the bed to look like it had never been moved! If they needed to move my things then they should have asked, I gave them permission to move things in the kitchen so why couldn't they ask about the rest of the property? Agents are not allowed to move/touch your personal property without your consent!! To make matters worse when they showed the property they left a light on for 4 days with curtains wide open!! We then received a call from our neighbour telling us that someone had called the police and ambulance as they were worried that something had happened due to the light being on consistently for 4 days! We received no apology from them and no compensation for wasting this electricity which we then had to pay for! Lastly it took us more than 6 weeks to actually get our deposit back. They tried to charge us for several different things which we had not done. Luckily we had taken pictures of the flat when we moved in so were able to get the charges reduced. We ended up paying for some holes made in the bathroom which we did not do!! We actually didn't mind paying at the end as we would've paid to be rid of them anyway!!

I have Had this flat for 15 years and bought it through Patrick or Joel and then let it through Rampton Basely and now have sold it through them. They have been enormously helpful over the years and I think given good advice along the way. Liz Nascimento the sales agent went above and beyond to make a very complicated sale go through. 3 different parties and all in the middle of Corona lock down. Well done Liz and thank you very much. Absolutely brilliant

I bought a flat that M+P were the agents for - and found their approach made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. I've bought and sold previously (elsewhere, with different agents) but never experienced this degree of pressure, shouting down the phone, threats etc. I had the same experience of the branch manager as the review below.

Andrew Davidson, 31 Dec 2020

The sale manager a John-Paul Burrough was an absolute bluff, an empty not trust worthy person at all. Very rude , shouting on the phone, saying “I don’t care” to the customer, wasted lots of our time and did not manage to make any deal on the property. Another agent did in a fraction of wasted time. In our personal experience I am not sure how genuine other reviews might be.

Adalina Barnes, 13 Oct 2020

Approachable and incredibly helpful - John-Paul was very happy to field (many) questions from us as first-time buyers, offering advice and support, and generally pointing us in the right direction. He managed the process well from start to finish, without making us feel rushed or uncomfortable at any stage. Very, very pleased.

Great agents! Really helpful from start to finish. Alex ensured I was always in loop and updated regularly with the process. They were extremely informative and helpful which was perfect as a first time buyer. When the solicitors were trying to hold things up marsh and parsons went above and beyond to proactively chase the sale and ensure we completed on time. I would 100% recommend using them!!

Piers & company from Marsh & Parsons have been very helpful finding the right kind of houses for us. I could say that negotiations involved both ends of the deal and were fair, when it often is the case in this market that you're not sure if someone isn't putting wool on your eyes. We ended up moving into a beautiful house for a good price. I would've appreciated less iterations on negotiations, but then again that's probably just what the business entails at the moment in London. All in all, a big thank you!

We found everyone we dealt with at Winkworth to be highly professional, friendly and communicative. We would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to sell. They worked hard to get the best possible price for our property and were happy to give us advice along the way. We never had to wait more than an hour or so for someone to respond to us whenever we contacted them. Thanks very much to the whole team for all your hard work.

The team at Winkworth were great during my recent house move. Charlie has great knowledge of the area and what the market was like in a pandemic and gave good advice and lots of reassurance! The office team were all friendly and helpful and I trusted them to show the house at its best. Finally big shout out to Esta who dealt with the financial side and chased solicitors and buyers and throughout kept me calm. I would highly recommend the whole team in Tooting.

Have used Winkworth for years. Alina and Sarah oversaw the letting and very quickly marketed and found new tenants for the flat. Whole process was very smooth and good communication between prospective tenants and were super responsive. Great service!

My experience with Winkworth so far has been my best of any estate agent I have used. Both Alina and Sarah have been super responsive, helpful and friendly throughout, even getting recommendations of the best local bars and restaurants from the previous tenants! What could have been a stressful move has actually been very enjoyable and we are very grateful.

I've been really fortunate to be dealing with Samuel Phillips as my primary contact for the flat that I let through James Pendleton in Wandsworth. He has provided superb service throughout the recent lockdown, negotiating with both tenants and tradesmen on my behalf. I couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks Sam!

A huge thank you to JP Homes team for their care, service, diligence and perseverance in the sale of our home. I especially wanted to call out Bella Roberts, who I believe our house sold as a result of her pro-activity in recommending it to our eventual sellers and her proactive diligence when our chain fell down once. The whole team managed to enable us to move before Christmas which I am very grateful for.

SW18, James Pendleton and Mandy White: I had a great experience dealing with James Pendleton agency and especially Mandy White as she helped with the search for property. Mandy understood my requirements really well and did not waste my time by taking to properties that didn't respond to my criteria, which is so valuable when trying to cut out time between work and viewings. I really enjoyed the personal and focused approach and would recommend to anyone in search for home.

Sophie Sharman is without a doubt the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond her duties in dealing with the sale of our property, working tirelessly from first instruction to completion (and beyond), and always with a friendly and cheerful demeanor. Sophie provided reassurance whenever we needed it, and she couldn't have worked harder in driving our sale through. We could not recommend Sophie and her team more highly.
