I received some very good service by Chase Buchanan staff. I find the team friendly and very responsive. We let through them and recommend their service.

The Chase Buchanan team in St Margarets are friendly, professional, efficient and easy to deal with. Steve and Karolina did a brilliant job in marketing our property, finding a great buyer in the time-frame we required, and smoothly and seamlessly helping bring the sale to completion.

Selling our property wasn't easy. A lovely little cottage that needed just the right buyer, and finding them in a pandemic made it even harder, Nevertheless the team at Chase never gave up. They never complained about the hundreds of people they showed around, and they impressed us with how they could keep finding more people to look. It took a while, but they kept doing their best, and we never doubted they were better than the competition. Finally the 'Success' board and we were delighted.

Between 2018 and the end of 2020, my partner and I were tenants within a property that is managed by Chase Buchanan in St Margarets. We had a good relationship with them, they're all very professional, friendly people who are good at what they do. In January of this year, we had a bit of a situation when we moved into a new flat under management of a different estate agents, and needed to move out and find a new place in a short space of time. We explained our situation to the people at Chase Buchanan, who then made an effort to get to know us and really went out of their way to help us to find a new place. We're now looking forward to moving into our new flat, and are pleased that we will be managed by Chase Buchanan again. Overall, really great people, very reliable, very professional. Would recommend. Shout out to Pippa, Scott and Oliver for helping us!

The beautifully designed common areas and the whole unit make for a neat and tidy look. I was very impressed with all the fixtures and fittings in the flat, overall - the total cohesiveness of the design and ambiance is fantastic.

I have never experienced a more COMPETENT estate agents! I could write a whole dissertation about my experience with Townends (specifically Stephanie and Georgia - Twickenham branch). They have both gone above and beyond for me, accommodating to my needs and making sure all checks were carried out properly.. I mean it’s probably what estate agents SHOULD do but not all do unfortunately. They are both very PROFESSIONAL, friendly and made me feel really welcome. Having recently purchased a flat through Townends I cannot praise the team high enough. Morgan was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Whilst the sale was going through he provided great advice. Always very candid with no BS just to push the sale through. He’s a credit to the estate agency profession. Claire too was also super helpful when Morgan was unavailable so overall a very positive experience so thank you all once again.

I was contacted by Oscar Pearson as I was looking to rent in Twickenham. I am a first timer renter so I needed advice on how to set up bills. Oscar was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me five properties on the same day and answered all my questions. Oscar worked hard with the landlord to finalize the property I was interested in. I will be moving into my new home in April and Oscar again has given me advice on how to set up the bills in my name. So far the experience has been great and hope I do not have to review this review for any negatives in the future.

Worst estate agents I’ve dealt with in the last 10 years. Carelessly lying and gaslighting customers is a routine for them and when confronted with the facts via email, the manager Claire stopped replying my emails. Not delivering their promises, not answering emails and queries, haven’t heard from them in months after being told “we’ll sort it out and get back to you”. They promised a number of things to be fixed before moving in to the property in November 2020, those things are in the same state now, June 2021. Funny how I was late a few hours with my rent once simply because I forgot to pay it and I got a phone call from their accounts department, a lady with a patronising/authoritarian and disgusting attitude treating me like I’ve done such a crime and I’m breaching the contract whilst they’re ignoring me for months and breaching the contract themselves by not maintaining the property in working conditions. Shall I give you the same treatment and ignore you by not paying the rent???

I am a bit baffled by the negative reviews on here. We rented a flat in a house that contained three flats in total. One of the first things the other flats told us were “the estate agents are brilliant, they are really quick to sort problems”. This was true. Freddie negotiated an ad-hoc clause for our contract, and was really supportive during all the COVID-19 mayhem (we moved in 3 months late). Lisa was always quick and efficient when we had an issue with the flat. We genuinely had a great experience.

Freddie Deane was great help. In fact, everyone I was in contact with couldn't have been friendlier! The whole process was stress free!

From finding a property with Freddie to our property being managed by Lisa, Milestone & Collis have been amazing. All the staff are so friendly, professional and efficient. Great estate agent! I was a tenant in one of their properties for 2.5 years and have just vacated to move to a bigger property. I only wish the new property was managed by Milestone & Collis as well. Lisa was so helpful the whole time, any issues that needed addressing she was on hand straight away and nothing was too much to ask. I would definitely recommend to any landlord or tenant as they are extremely professional.

Absolutely a nightmare! The apartment had some issues (e.g. mould coming from the ceiling, issues with the curtain rod, the boiler not working, etc...) It took ages to solve all the issues the apartment had (and many were not solved at all) even after many emails exchanged between us and the agency. For most of the problems reported we had to contact them multiple times by phone and by email to make something happen. For the boiler issue, for example, we had to stay more than 10 days without hot water...unbelievable. Not recommended at all.

Castor Bay always promptly replied to any emails or phone calls and any issues would be sorted quickly and fairly. Lewisham is a really cool area. Really handy having the free subscription to the South London Club. The Bobs are great and living here is super easy.
