We could not have anticipated the difficulties we were to encounter in getting the sale over the line - none of them of our making or that of John. He was there for us every step of the way, responding to emails and telephone calls immediately at all hours of the day and night, and liaising promptly and efficiently with the eventual buyer. His good humour, friendliness, patience and understanding went a long way to lessening the anxiety we felt on more than one occasion during the whole process. During what I'm sure has been a very hectic time for them they have always responded to any queries we have rapidly and they know who we are and what we were buying if we happened to drop in on them unannounced and ask obscure questions (which they always answered either on the spot with helpful explanations or emailed us later that day if they didn't immediately know the answer).
