I found a great apartment off Concept Agents and had no complaints throughout the duration of my stay. However, when it came to moving out, our experience was anything but great. Despite receiving our checkout document and agreeing on an amount to be deducted for oven cleaning, Concept tried charging us for additional items not previously raised a month after we had moved out. When we refused to sign up to it, they refused to refund our cash and ignored our request from DPS. Kwame went ahead and stated that he was only doing it so that we could get desperate and agree to the new deductions. It took us 2 months of back and forth and having to lawyer up before this was resolved. They need to treat people better even when their tenancy is up.

I have been renting through them for 4 years. Really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend renting through them. Ali & Kwame were clear and transparent throughout my tenancy.

This place is horrible do not rent from them they do not care about anything that have to do with the flat, homeless come inside the building whenever they want and use corridor and stairs as toilet, they sleep in comunal area. They never answer emails and when you call them they tell you to email but never response to nothing. Be careful is you are a girl living alone because people knock on you door all the time.

Very strange company they advertise one set of pictures on Zoopla and then when you arrange the viewing the night before they update it to the real images of the property, and when I cancelled the viewing they put the pictures back to deceiving images. Personally totally avoid they are not honest.
