The vendor and I both had extremely slow solicitors and Jonathan really did everything he possibly could to move the sale along and always kept me up to speed with what was happening. By far the worst agency I had to deal with in London. Quick to respond to emails and queries but painfully slow to deal with issues at the property. Would avoid using them if I can.

A property with 4 bedrooms semidetached two entrance in SW17 , despite reducing from 2300 to 1700 did not let. But worse was removed the property with fake reasons without telling the landlord from the zoopla , most probably just to show the weeks to rent showing less on the zoopla. also hardly returns the messages, judge yourself IS THERE ANY WORSE AGENT

We placed our property on the market in 2020 and trusted Barnard Marcus with the sale due to their no-nonsense attitude to selling and willingness to work with us on the price of the sale. Having found a buyer within the first couple of months, the process was fairly protracted due to the buyers having to organise the sufficient loan for the property. Despite the delays in the process, Barnard Marcus were excellent at keeping us informed and chasing the buyers until the deal was finally over the line. I've just completed a purchase using C James (I used them 10 years ago as a first time buyer and now back in the area used them again) and it was another great experience. I had some difficulties with COVID during the purchase which caused a delay of several weeks on my side, but Bob at C James kept the seller onside when he could have easily (and understandably) walked away. Really appreciate the work they put in to get the deal over the line, even taking on some of the expense caused by my delay. Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a flat through C James in 2004 and for some years rented it through them too. I had no hesitation when selling the flat to ask them to handle the sale. Bob Mash was the key contact and he went above and beyond in helping me get it over the line. He was always available (even on days off) to talk through issues, was helpful and responsive to my issues and equally helpful and responsive to the purchasers's needs too. He helped the whole process go through very smoothly and I can honestly say, having bought and sold properties throughout may life (I am 67 now), that Bob was exceptional in his service. Always cheerful, helpful and efficient I can't recommend his firm more highly.

Disappointed Called to book a viewing for a property they had for sale. I could only do Saturdays. The woman I spoke to told me they didn't usually do weekend viewings (not very good for an estate agent) She said she would call back when she had found out whether they could accommodate. I had a feeling no call back would materialise which is what happened. Will be contacting the owner of the property that was for sale directly to find out whether they are aware their estate agent is turning down interested parties.

Having rented a property through Locate for the last three and half years they have always been helpful, professional, responsive to any issues and easy to deal with! They offer good quality properties at very reasonable prices compared with several other agencies that I looked through, and have always been very honest and upfront throughout, from initial viewings, my time as a tenant and on leaving the property. Cannot recommend them highly enough to any people looking to rent through them as they have always gone above and beyond. Quick and easy inspection at the end of the tenancy and returned my bond in full less than 24 hours after this was completed - exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this Estate Agent for anyone looking for accommodation in SW. I was with Lynwood for the past good 6 years. Virag and his team were very efficient, responsive and helpful. This letting agent is very straight forward in regards to their credit checks which means less hassle and less paper work. Everything goes smoothly without any hidden fees and costs unlike some other agents can rip off tenants at times. We never had any issues with them. It's always a quick phone call or email and the job is done ASAP. Sadly, we had to move out as it was time to look for a spacious accommodation with the baby. We still miss that house 🏠. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency. They are very straightforward compared with ALL agencies we had seen and ever dealt with. They don’t charge unnecessary fees unlike all agencies out there that gives a long laundry list of charges (check in fees, reference fees per person, check out fees, etc) before anyone can move in. When we found Lynwood Lett, their fee was the CHEAPEST EVER that we encountered! They also don’t overcharge renters as they would not surprise you of any extra or hidden charges later. This agency is truly a blessing to anyone who will find them. It is a family business no wonder why they are also very much family-friendly. We were with them for 4 long years and would have stayed longer if we did not buy our own house. The staff are polite, considerate and friendly. They carry out duties like any other agencies but without the extra cost. Straightforward getting-in, straightforward getting-out. Absolute renter-friendly!
