We lived in a property managed by SWLP for 2 years. The property had a great location and well maintained. On the rare occasion we had an issue, Elvis and the team were very quick to resolve and very helpful.

My girlfriend and I rented a property prior to the first lock down, the team where nothing but helpful and understanding and assured we could get into the property safely before the lock down came in. Through out a 12 month tenancy we did not have 1 issue with the property. Any questions we had when moving in about utilities Elvis and his team answered immediately. The property was fantasticly equipped with all the mod cons providing great value for money. When leaving the property ( which we where disappointed to do, just wanted a garden ) SWLP tried to find us another suitable property in there portfolio but sadly they had none. The exit was so easy and what shocked me most was that I had a full deposit returned 1 working day after our tenancy ended, unheard of I could not recommend them enough and if we ever move again will definitely use them.

I have been renting with SWLP since for 4 years now. I am really Happy with they service. They are receptive, and very Human. During that extremely difficult period (Corona) the agency has shown me some humanity understanding and kindness. I am highly satisfied and have no intention to change agency.
