This is a review as a Landlord who has been with Leaders for 4 years. For the past 4 years their service has been fairly good, and their prices are comparable to other managing estate agents. Last week I had an awful experience with one of their new property managers who after the death of my tenant, emailed to inform me and then basically ghosted me for a week after numerous emails and phone calls which went unanswered. In light of the current situation I understand that the offices are not fully staffed at the moment but Michael and Rachel contacted me immediately after making my complaint to the team. (I posted a one-star review as a last ditch hope that I may receive a reply) Thank you to both of you for sorting everything out and getting back to me so swiftly. I was very impressed with the way in which in the span of 2 days my questions were answered, and thank you for the support.

Great experience with Jackie in particular who was very helpful from the start. She was professional, trustworthy and reliable all throughout our letting process and she is a credit to her profession. Very sweet gesture from the company to provide a welcome box of goodies at move-in. Really satisfied with our experience and would definitely use their services again.

I cannot recommend Choices highly enough; they should show others agents how to do it! Having been on the market with my late Aunt's property for over a year with other agents who produced nothing but time-wasters. Nicola came to us with a buyer whose offer we accepted; which resulted in a totally seamless process for selling the property. We felt we were in very good and very professional hands at all times with Nicola; not only is Nicola the most fabulous person to deal with re the sale transactions, she constantly goes the extra mile to help. If an email is sent after hours, Nicola responds immediately the very next morning, keeping communication prompt and efficient. I will buying and selling through Nicola and Choices in future as there is no point going anywhere else.

If I could still post with 0 stars I would …. They aren’t deserving of even 1 star… Awful from start to finish- even their complaints procedure was a complete waste of time. My best advice with this branch is- go with absolutely anyone else - I’d rather put my house on Facebook marketplace to be honest. The manager will turn up with flashy pictures and data - this will then be the last time you will ever see or hear from her. Then they will do no marketing whatsoever - or just blanket market it - they sent our 1 bedroom flat to friends of ours who wanted 3 bedroom houses.. they will then use this information to say “we are doing loads”. After 1 week they said we needed to drop the price - after putting it on for exactly how much they recommended. Very few people will come and look until the team who ask how they are doing, ask how they are doing. Then once it is sold they will proceed to put a person in place to make the transition smooth - she is less than useless, rude and make the whole process far more stressful - her name is Julie. Avoid at literally all costs- not worth the 4 1/2 grand they took from us…. Daylight robbery.

Rebecca was very polite and informative. Whenever I had a question she was always there to help. A big thank you to her for all her hard work in getting this lovely house. My family and I would like to thank her very much.

Georgia and Elliot were superb throughout. We sold our two bed flat during lockdown and found Georgia to be helpful, friendly, communicative. Georgia also gave excellent advice about pricing. The team were very reassuring about covid safety measures and made sure to give us notice when they were coming over. I would definitely use the team again and would recommend them highly. We are grateful for them making this a smooth process during difficult and challenging times.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Barnard Marcus Sutton. They handled the dealings of my late mothers property superbly and cannot thank them enough for that. From the initial valuation with Georgia to being guided through the sales process by Elliot and Holly everything was seamless and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended if you plan on renting out a property in Sutton. From a Landlords perspective, Jon the Lettings Branch Manager was extremely helpful and assisted way more than expected in getting my property listed and rented out to a new tenant. This included remedying some unforeseen repair issues with the flat and running around to collect even kitchen cabinet components to get it ready in record time. Managed to find a new tenant and have them moved in, within 7 days of listing, at the asking price. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Superb team from Mann in Sutton, Jack, Joe, Alice have been communicating very well, quick response time, very professional and always with a huge amount of passion in what they do and positivity every time we talk. ..very good at following up and making sure all is done in timely manner. I started my journey with Cubitt and West in the lockdown where Katie Branch Manager conducted a virtual appraisal. I found them to always be professionally straight forward and honest with no hidden agenda . I knew they had a big database which would be called before the launch and their sales negotiators were excellent at creating interest . My flat was sold on the first viewing , they came with a lower offer but the team pushed the buyers for asking price working in my favour they did not present the final offer to me until they had the best to give . Their door was always open for scanning documents , arranging mortgage and asking questions , they always had time to speak to me. During the purchase we had an issue with the joint freeholder and also my solicitors Alison their file handler was fantastic at chasing and pushing solicitor every few days and not just my solicitor but also other parties involved as sometimes the solicitors would not respond or send the documents required . We had a few issues with the buyers regarding some points they raised with a survey again Alison and the team helped negotiate the price which resulted in a very little reduction . Overall they were fast and delivered everything they said they would . Yes their fee came in higher than other agents but well worth it , we honestly would not be in the position we are now had it not been for the quick sale and constant negotiations and file handling on their side . They can easily handle buyers silly requests and unlike many agent work fully in your interest . I have friend on the same road who advertised their flat at the same time with cheaper agents and who’s property sold for much lower and one which is still on the market . You get what you pay for and if it’s the best price and best service you need to have as little stress as possible I would highly recommend.

I have purchased my first property through Cubitt & West Sutton branch and I could not have more positive feedback to give. From the initial viewing and through the conveyancing process the team has been exceptional. Katie (branch manager and sales manager), Alison and Mia were my main points of contact and looked after the sale and were beyond responsive, professional and super prompt. Katie/Alison were incredibly proactive in making sure everything is done to speed up the process and took the stress out for me. They also took time to answer any and all of my first-time-buyer questions and did so with care and due-diligence. I recently sold my property through Cubitt & West Sutton (after I had bought it through them in the first place) and was extremely satisfied. Katie was able to achieve an outstanding sale price within a handful of weeks and Alison was a star on client liaison. They have a strong book of potential buyers, know the area well, their valuation is spot on and most importantly they actually care about doing a great job. Very good value for money as well, given that I don't think I would have achieved the same sale price with a different (potentially cheaper) agent, especially not this quickly.

I can definitely recommend Cubitt and West, from their first visit Katie impressed me and I knew they are different from the other agents I had round. Mia is my contact and she is brilliant, she has kept me fully informed of developments and all the facts and figures and she is even helping me with our new house search. All the staff are friendly and excellent, always return calls and follow the whole process.

Really happy with the service provided and with our agent Jennifer. From the start she listened to our requests and managed to offer us a good number of properties to see. During the purchase of our new flat she was always really quick to respond and helped a lot with the communication with the seller and all the solicitors.

I came across them twice during my property search and not impressed at all. Took them more than two weeks to respond back after several enquiries. The properties they recommended were way out of the budget and this was after they took all the details and were notified of the requirements. Seems like a bunch of egoistic people who dont really care about anything

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. I have met Mr Gray (he insists on being referred to as "Mr" Gray) and I found this man, who so many people have decided to demonise, a very interesting and fascinating individual. I first met Mr Gray at a Over 40's social event in Croydon during the mid nineties . Myself and my good wife (she is known affectionally as 'Winkle baps' to her friends) were introduced to Mr Gray by a mutual friend, Ian Thompson-Smyth. After a few Pina Colada's (Mr Gray insisted on extra Malibu for his!) he told us all about Enoch Powell and how he saw him as a father figure. At this point I burst into tears - I grabbed Mr Gray and asked him, no, BEGGED him that, if he EVER needed any advice on how to keep Britain a morally, ethically and financially consistent entity then he can always rely on me. I agree with Alan Sharpe, my experience with Ashley and his 'team' were different but never the less equally as awful. They don't seem to do anything properly and forget basic things like passing bank info from your Landlord so you can start paying rent. Estate agents are, lets face it, middle men and have always had a reputation to match but this particular operation really lowers the bar. Im amazed they are still open for business if what Mr Sharpe says is true..........

The 'manager', Ashley Gray is a highly manipulative individual. My doubts were raised on first meeting him but they do say you shouldn't read a book by its cover so, to my regret, I let my initial impressions go. In short he claimed his failure to protect my security deposit was due to personal issues (a 'victim' response typical of unscrupulous and unprofessional people) he then attempted to con me into accepting an out of court settlement, but not before attempting to convince me I had done something wrong. I was legally advised to stop all contact with him and he was sent a letter from my solicitor which also advised him to only respond to them. Despite this he still attempted to bribe me with a 'conditional' offer - the condition being that I reject my Solicitor and go down his dodgy, unethical and dishonest route instead. I immediately informed my solicitor about this and forwarded Ashleys' email to him. A counter offer to his settlement amount was made (of almost the same amount) but through the more trustworthy, legal and honest route. It has been over 2 weeks now and guess what, not a word........ If you want to be ripped off by a small, greasy man wearing a cheap out of date suit who struts around in the delusion that he is a professional and respected man then please ignore everything I have just said.

Awful estate agents. Please avoid at all costs if you are renting. They (along with our landlord) embezzled our security deposit. Eventually we had to get solicitors involved and sent letters out to both the manager of MiMove and our landlord. We successfully sued our landlord, but it was stressful and upsetting. I do not like complaining generally but consider it my moral duty in this case to warn others against using these agents. It is only through sheer persistence that we got our deposit back eventually. It is pertinent to note the lack of 'ok' reviews on here and that immediately after any bad reviews there seems to be a stream of five star reviews directly after. This smacks of corruption, nepotism and bogus claims.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but in this case I feel I've got no choice. I need to warn others to steer clear of Mi Move. They used to manage one of my rental properties and they couldn't have done a worse job. After I signed the contract they started ignoring me and they tried to make me lower the rent below the market value to find a tenant quickly. No regard for the people who pay them... Be ashamed .

Stay as far away as possible from this agency!!! After putting a rental offer to landlord and advising the landlord is delighted to proceed, we advised we have a slight credit issue (which may not be an overall problem) and more important that we had a guarantor. This however was hard to explain as Carina doesn’t let you speak as repeats herself over and over. They however then put other offers to the landlord and now we sit without a new lease agreement in place and potentially without a place to stay. I am appalled and disgusted about how we were treated. Shocking service and how they remain in business is a mystery.

I would stay clear of this letting agent, dishonest people with poor people skills. Staff are always very rude and find any excuse to keep entire deposit. They have made the last few years of my life hell and breached the tenancy agreement in many ways. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not trust!

This is the worst Letting agency I came across. Whenever I called them no one answered the call and had to call multiple times to get to someone. After viewing I sent my offer and never heard back. I don't know how they work.

I have rented a couple of properties through RI Properties and I have always received very good service. All of the staff who I have had the pleasure of meeting are very delightful and welcoming. I would highly recommend RI Properties!
