I approached Dexters in Surbiton to assist us with finding a property in the area. I am new to the area and they made sure to take this into consideration when helping us with our search. My main point of contact at the office was Charlie Blower who was fantastic with us from the beginning. He really took on board what our requirements were and also was in contact every step of the way. It was refreshing to have an estate agents who were in contact so regularly to ensure we were updated straight away with our house search. He was attentive and it was always a bonus knowing he was on hand and also available to show us the properties himself. Very pleased with the service provided and Charlie was excellent. All round a great service provided!

Ryan and Jessica were great at completing all the necessary checks/paperwork before moving into the flat, it was quick and easy. They really made a process that most people have problems, a process that was very easy, streamlined and efficient. Very rude and unprofessional staff. This is based on my phone interaction as I called to arrange a viewing with the lettings team over the phone but instead was treated like a 2nd class citizen as I called at a time not convenient for them. After I asked several times what I need to do to be able to arrange the viewing, I was told off that I wasn't listening! to my surprise, and then eventually the person shared with me that I need to call at 9am in the morning. I will be also sharing my feedback with upper management as honestly we are all human and deserve to be treated with the same respect. The call only took 3 mins so I don't think I took too much of the person's time. My time is valuable too but the person who answered didn't seem to care.

Jo came round for a valuation and was really knowledgeable and was smypathetic with our situation. She knew the area well and was able to back up her valuation with other properties Barnard Marcus has sold in the area, we look forward to working with her in the future.

I don’t think I’ve ever been met with such efficiency from a letting agent before, and they followed all rules and guidelines regarding Covid-19 restrictions thoroughly, thus we felt safe throughout the whole process.
