My property was removed from Rightmove 3 times during its time for sale. This is because they only have a set number of spaces to the site. By doing this they cost me sales of my home. Each time they made an excuse as to why it had happened again. On a number of occasions I asked friends to make enquiries and these were not sent to me by 99 home. It's tantamount to fraud. To too things off they cc'd me in an email to all of their current vendors asking if they wanted to extend their advertising package and breaching data protection rules. I then contacted them requesting a refund and I have been ignored since then by their operations manager Komal. I will now be complaining to the Omsbudsman. They also have a sister company.

We approached three Estate Agents in the area and Daniels were the most energetic, positive and professional. Great service they helped me rent my flat and advised how much I could sell for.

Contacted Bryta Homes to find tenants for my property and they found me a tenant in a day excellent service.

I had to start actions against them to get my deposit back three months after the end of the contract. The place I rented was not ready for the day the contract started, I had to change all my moving plans and pay for one more day in my previous place. I'm never going to hire the services of this agency again.
