Initially found the staff helpful and friendly but unfortunately this changed as issues became apparent with a property. After initially being uninterested and not well informed to these concerns, a senior member of the team unexpectedly decided to ‘weigh in’ and get involved. The correspondence that followed was rude, unprofessional and persecutory. I can only guess this was to protect their (and the vendor’s) egos and blushes after being totally blindsided by the issues that were uncovered. However their stance to bully me into ignorance or doubting myself did not occur. Consequently, I will be very wary of these agents as it appears they wanted to make a quick, easy buck and protect their reputation. I hope they can reflect on improving their poor communication skills and be more open to queries in the future - rather than be bullish and defensive.
