I bought my property in the Stratford area with Outlook being the Agent back in 2019 and now am looking to rent it out. Sukhi and the wider lettings team have been so professional and responsive the whole time, guiding me through the various needed procedures and requirements and did a fantastic job marketing the property as well. Highly recommend their service!

Amazing group of people that has been really helpful in my personal situation. Dealing with a personal matter during a pandemic makes that our decision are more tough, I am more than happy with the service that the agents did to me and my partner. I had a great experience with Foxtons Stratford! I recently completed the purchase of a new home and Marco followed my case. He was definitely the most valuable person in the whole process! Not only did he manage the current COVID situation very well, he was a star throughout the process! He was totally responsive and while at times I had to call him on a daily basis, I cannot recall one single time in 3 months when he was not available. He was determined to head to a smooth, painless and timely completion, and he chased whomever necessary to do so. I was truly impressed. I don't think I'll buy another home in a while but if I had to I'd consider myself lucky to be served by Marco again :)

Excellent estate agent. I was looking to rent a flat on a very short notice. James helped me along the process. He took care of everything and made sure it all went as smoothly as possible. Horrible experience! No one is able to help there, no one answers their calls. Very unprofessional group of people and it has been tough to deal with them after having paid the entire rent upfront! During the sales, they answer all their calls and are responsive in order to sell the property, once they are done with this - they couldn't care less.

Warren helped my wife and I secure a flat in the location we really wanted. He's been awesome and gone above and beyond what I've ever experienced from an agent. Seriously. I had to wade through 6+ agents who had questionable customer service skills. Most never bothered to follow up or respond to questions. However Warren has always been communicative. Quick to respond and always available. Whilst at the viewing he was honest, open and never felt like he was selling. In fact he said it was our decision and we could take as long as we wanted. Thankfully the flat was great so we moved quick. With all that said, Warren's the best agent I've ever dealt with and I'm glad to sign up with him.

Simon and Mo have been a real help with our property sale. Before appointing them I got quotes from some of the big estate agencies in Stratford. However looking at the Google reviews and talking to Mo, made me feel they are small enough to give me a personalised service, but still have processes setup in place. People stay away from this letting company and if you rent - Read your contract carefully! What you agree is gonna be diferent on the contract!

Over all bad professionals who work here, Tony was extremely rude and just stopped getting back to me at all. I went to see him in person and again lied to my face! If I could give less than one star that wouldn’t even explain the lack of honesty, compassion and professionalism this company has.
