We just sold our flat with Beresford residential in Brixton. Shelly Ann Spencer was our contact and she has been fantastic. It was a long and difficult process and we are very grateful to her as we would have never been able to sold it without her. She found the right buyers. She had been very good at keeping contact with both solicitors, the buyers and us to keep us updated and make things move forward at every step of the process to make it happen. Based in France we could not come to the flat but she took care of everything until it was sold.

It is not often that I post a review like this, but on this case I had to highlight the excellent work of one of your agents, Jasmine. She has been absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our rental process. I really appreciated the effort that she went to for us; it didn’t go at all unnoticed, especially as we had been messed around by a few agents at other companies who we found to be rude and dismissive, clearly uninterested in our business which made the already stressful process of renting in London even worse. My fiancé and I viewed server all properties through her, we did not find a flat through her unfortunately but I still feel the need to congratulate the amazing service. I've had a lovely experience with Charles Sinclair, in my case through Mo Khan in lettings. Any questions I had were promptly answered, he would respond to my emails sometimes within minutes, even as late as 9pm. Had everything fully explained to me, it was easy and flexible when booking to see the place and I had everything fully explained to me before and after my offer was accepted. Great service!

Great service all around and very professional. Never felt any pressure or hard sell; The coopers team were happy to show me many properties until I found one that I liked. Once I did they were very efficient and accommodating to meet the quick window I had for my moving date. By quite some margin the most pleasant experience I’ve had dealing with an agent in London.

AVOID

AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS AT ALL COST. Where to start? These estate agents have to be the most disgustingly unprofessional, rude and money grabbing BULLIES I have ever encountered in my life! Our house had numerous issues including damp, a non functioning oven, smashed wall etc which were never fixed! Not only that they will try and scam you out your deposit for repairs which are deemed necessary! All the doors in the house were rotten and fallen of the hinges and when reported the estate agents accused us of ripping the doors off the wall (even tho we have photographic evidence of the rotten doors & where and how the wood has snapped) They was also an issue with a blocked sink which went unresolved for 5 months, the plumber supplied by the estate agents never actually fixed the sink and the estate agents would never give us a clear answer on what was blocking the sink and continued to try and charge us for it (£200!!) - we eventually got our own plumber in who informed us it was not a build up of hair and plastic which they was pushing on us however the plug for the sink had eroded and broken off! He also informed us no plumber had looked at the sink as to even gain access to the U-Bend the whole sink would have to be removed so they was no way they could have even checked to see what was blocking the sink! They just tried to rob us out of money because the didn’t think we’d check. They’re incredibly rude over the phone and Serina has the WORST attitude I’ve ever encountered in my life and lacks basic customer service skills, not only this but they gained access to the property MULTIPLE times illegally without notice, they even conducted un-arranged viewings once again illegally gaining access to the property and when my flat mate tried to intervene they pushed past her and continued the viewing! Cliche but if I could rate it no stars I would! This is the most unpleasant company I have ever encountered - my parents agree that even they have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. SORT IT OUT. If you ever see a property for rent or sale by Foster and Edwards RUN A MILE, they will try to screw you out of money, deliver SHOCKING customer service and nothing and I mean NOTHING will ever be repaired.

Awful service. Me and two friends were moving into an apartment on the 20th September. Before this happened we paid for our holding deposit, agency fees, full deposit and first months rent for the flat. From the beginning of the process their service was amateur at best. They consistently got the rental figures wrong on the forms and agreements we were filling in and also gave us the wrong length contract. Finally on the evening before we were supposed to move into the flat and get the keys we rang up to confirm times etc and they told us that actually they didn't have the Keys for the flat. The landlord was un-reachable and that there were still tenants living in the flat that we were currently paying for. After telling this to us, we then had to continuously call them to find out what was happening rather than them keeping us up to date. To top it off on the day of the 20th, I had to ring the estate agents to find out what was happening as we hadn't received any word from them, only to find out that they were refunding us in full and were not going to be going forward with the process whilst also telling us we need to find alternative accommodation. Therefore leaving us without a flat, a month after all negotiations had begun and 4 days before our university term began creating a very difficult situation for us. Additionally, no apologies were given and they did not feel bad about the situation whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone against using their service as they have not been a help since day 1 and have acted appallingly throughout the process.

This agency has managed our flat for approximately 10 years whilst we live abroad. Malissa has the rare quality of keeping both tenants and landlords happy. She is well capable of dealing with any issues that crop up such as repairs or replacing appliances. As for dealing with contracts and finding tenants I trust her implicitly and all of the latter has been stress free. I have no hesitate in recommending their services.

In my own experience this is one of the worst estate agencies in London. Their tenants have given us hell with their noise and bad behaviour, despite countless complaints via email, phone calls and text messages, they couldn`t care less about other people. I do not recommend Techno Estate Agency to my worst enemy.
