Even when there is an emergency, their out of hours number responds accordingly and kept me updated after hours! Deposit was returned swiftly. I highly recommend to both tenants and owners!

Our experience with city rooms was truly excellent. Our agent Vicki was extremely professional and went above and beyond to get our room ready Even working on Sundays and Bank Holidays doing viewings and negotiating for us! We were kept well informed throughout the entire process from requesting pictures and videos, placing an offer to now where we offer was accepted. When it comes to renting a room I don't know why you would go anywhere else than city rooms.

Our experience with city rooms has been nothing short of brilliant. Our agent Jack has been exceptionally professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Initially we were a bit overwhelmed and felt apprehensive about renting a room. However Jack has put us at ease from the first moment and has always been on hand to move things along and answer queries/questions in a timely manner. It took us over 3 weeks and we couldn't have done it without Jack. Having access to online viewings really allows you to feel the property where you are moving. It's been a team effort but he's always available to give direction and not afraid to have those difficult conversations. Even though we've moved in already, Jack has been there to advise on how to control the temperature, how to take meter readings and much more. We couldn't be happier with Jack and the service received. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack and City Rooms to anyone thinking about renting in London.

After viewing property 34 cleveland road with their agent - Rahat, who seemed to be a very cooperative and friendly person intially, promising us that he will replace the old damaged furniture with new ones once our tenancy starts. We agreed on renting the property and submitted our holding deposit, a week later Rahat approached me and told us our references were approved and sent us the tenancy agreement. However the most bizarre request on the tenancy agreement, such as any leakages repairs and a consistent maintenance of the house put on us, we approached regarding our concerns in the tenancy agreement, after being ignored for a few weeks we decided to not proceed with the tenancy and demand our holding deposit back. To which we received a response from Rahat, declining our request for holding deposit, based on our references not being approved and property being off the market - which were both false claims as we had been told our references were cleared and we could still see the advert of the property online. This company should not be allowed to run houses like that, serious investigation should take place by the council. Would not recommend anyone going ahead with Rahat in a tenancy agreement.

City Fox has been a great lettings agent for my final year at University. They helped us find a great affordable flat in East London promptly during the pandemic. Over the past year, their maintenance staff have been really friendly and efficient in helping us. Sarwar in particular has been great at City Fox, strong communication skills and helpful at all times. Thoroughly recommend!

I am a supplier to the agency, supplying a range of kitchen appliances to the properties managed by them. I have worked closely with them for many many years. As customers they are excellent, they tell me exactly what they need and I always receive payment on time. Very professional and always a pleasure to work with. In finding a rental for the next year, City Fox have been great for us! They've made it really easy to carry out the search and going through references and contract signing, and have been super accommodating to our needs. Definitely had a much better experience with them than some other local estate agents!

I've recently moved to H24 and have found it very welcoming. The office staff I've had contact with have been helpful and David the building manager is always around if you need anything or have any questions. The facilities are lovely and clean and practical. The area is good with a range of shops and great public transport links into/around London.

I have stayed in a flat at 24 High Street for 2 years. It was a wonderful experience. The building manager David was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was also very modern.

I just moved in my flat on 24A High Street and I'm very happy with everything. Everything is very clean, beautiful and all the people are nice. Many thanks to manager David who is always ready to help you with anything and bring a smile to your face.

I want to recommend the agent - called Foysol. He is very kind to help me and other 4 talents to solve the problems of the flat. He rarely ignores our issues and also helps me to solve my personal thing, such as moving parcels to the shops. Unlike other agent firms, they don't force you to sign a year contract or do not give you a deposit back. I would say that you won't face these issues if you request him to help you to find a room.

When I told to the agency that a flatmate assault and insult me, they did nothing to help us out. Aktar is completely unprofessional. Please avoid 17 Cleeve House. There lives and will always live a character named Neil Johnson who will make your life a hell till the day you leave the property. Thank you fpr nothing Aqua Property!

Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Never in my life have I ever dealt with such an incompetent, unprofessional and deceptive company. The state that they leave you at the end of your course of dealings with them you would be better off homeless than to rent any property from them. It is disgusting that companies like this still operate with such low morale values, and to top it all off, even during a worldwide pandemic they do not have a shred of sympathy for their clients. Hopefully no one ever considers ever using their service, you would honestly be better off living in a cardboard box.

I hope the team at Google allow us to give a rating below 1 star because I would give it 0 if I could. Terrible company, terrible people and a terrible course of dealings to top it all of. I hope no one ever considers using this diabolical company, especially now in a time of uncertainty, in which this company clearly enjoys using to its advantage by exploiting its clients and enjoying the fruits of their unearned and immoral labour.

If you are thinking about renting in London, avoid this agency at all costs. They are incredibly unprofessional and will try to manipulate you at any opportunity. Their failure to deal with issues that arose during our tenancy (and months after) is a reflection of their inadequacy. Their own website states "our company is founded on the principles of honesty, trust, professionalism and compassion" and quite frankly, from the way they treated us, it is not based on those principles listed but rather on manipulation, dishonesty and greed.

Terrible experience, stay away! This agency harassed us for several months in an attempt to keep our deposit, without any legitimate grounds. If you choose to ignore this review, please ensure your deposit is under a custodial scheme, as the agency may undermine the adjudicators decision as they tried to with us.

I have used Horizon Property Services on Mile End Road for some time now. One thing I can say about them is they are run by honest and most helpful people who will do everything that they can to find your suitable property. I would strongly recommend them.
