Gibbs were originally engaged due to their very good knowledge of the property market in the area. They did not disappoint. James Sweet the representative there was fantastic. He made huge efforts to market and then carry out the show rounds and contacted interested parties regularly. He was able to secure a reliable purchaser. Despite a couple of disappointments and various issues and queries delaying the sale James kept me updated throughout and regularly contacted the solicitors and the purchasers to "gee" them along. Exchange finally took place today with completion within a fortnight. I would recommend James any day.
