Finding a new place can be a stressful experience in London. I replied to an add for a flat and I was straight after contacted by Sam about THREE more properties that could be of my interest ( location, budget, size...).She soon understood what my needs were, the area I was looking at and what my deal breaker would be. I met Sam outside the first property we had to visit on a Saturday afternoon. The fist flat was beautiful however a bit out of my budget. We then moved to see the second one which was the ONE! I had the opportunity to check the flat, take a video and ask the questions I had. The following week I put an offer forward and Sam has been very helpful in the negotiations by being very responsive over the phone and emails. The process was very smooth, easy and clear. She took her time to explain few parts of the contract and confirmed the first funds were received. For the first time, looking for a new flat hasn't been a stressful experience. Between 2018 and the end of 2020, my partner and I were tenants within a property that is managed by Chase Buchanan in St Margarets. We had a good relationship with them, they're all very professional, friendly people who are good at what they do. In January of this year, we had a bit of a situation when we moved into a new flat under management of a different estate agents, and needed to move out and find a new place in a short space of time. We explained our situation to the people at Chase Buchanan, who then made an effort to get to know us and really went out of their way to help us to find a new place. We're now looking forward to moving into our new flat, and are pleased that we will be managed by Chase Buchanan again. Overall, really great people, very reliable, very professional. Kew office -Not professional, very unorganised, constantly cancelling incorrect viewings. Failed to call on the day of the viewings to let us know which property to view. There was no call until 15 mins after the agreed time and when we called the women at the Kew office was extremely rude. Foxtons and sellers seem to have got things right, why can't these guys?
