I was contacted by Valentina about an inquiry I had made about a property seen on the web. She patiently listened to all my worries and answered all my questions in a very professional, but kind and approachable manner. Few days later she showed me four properties that reflected exactly what I needed in terms of property and respected what my price limit was. She promptly replied to all my emails giving all the information I asked for and showing good knowledge and expertise in her field. I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking for a property to buy!

My friend and I recently came here for a viewing as this development looked exactly what I was looking for, we were contacted by Kelly who from the very start made us feel like we were already part of this community and was so unbelievably friendly and welcoming we just had to come and see the apartment for ourselves and we're not disappointed! On arrival we was met by Kelly who greeted us with the biggest smile:-) she made us feel so at home like we already lived there..it was like we'd know her for ever! The building is immaculately kept and the apartments are beautiful too, but our whole experience was made by the wonderful manager - thank you for hosting us Kelly!

I visited Trillium Heights to view some potential properties to rent. The building itself is great and has some great amenities such as parcel room and residents lounge. Everything is finished to a high spec. It's a short walk from Greenwich. My tour was given by Kelly and she was most helpful with answering any questions I had and she did a great job ensuring everything was covered on the tour. She also fit me in for a second viewing with my partner which I was most grateful for that. Kelly made us feel very welcome which is partly why we are excited to move here :)

Kelly showed us around a 3 bed flat and my friends and I fell in love with it straight away. Kelly was extremely helpful and patient with all of our queries. The complex is beautiful, well done and everyone seems very friendly. I am looking forward to moving in thanks to Kelly being quick and communicative.

I never write reviews - the handful of reviews I have written have unfortunately been complaints due to poor service. However as I've had such a positive experience I want the management's work to be recognized - in particular the work of Kelly, the scheme host of the building. During Covid-19 I self isolated with my partner who lives here; I have to say during these unusual and worrying times - the care, support and regular updates have been often and detailed which has been so reassuring for us. We even received I call from Kelly asking if we needed any essentials from the shops! What a lovely and kind gesture! Even prior to the lock down, my partner and I always commented about how safe and happy we are living here. Kelly is always prompt and responsive to all of my partners emails/queries and most importantly is always happy. I love the small details like on Valentines day where the front reception was decorated with love hearts - she even offered freebies like chocolates and cards for those who 'forgot' to pick one up (I know this because I forgot to buy a Valentines Day card myself!) She really goes the extra mile to make sure the residence here are cared for. Kelly, we can't thank-you enough for everything you do - we are so grateful!

These guys honestly don't even deserve one star, but unfortunately thats not an option. Definitely avoid using if you can. This is the first google review I've ever written. I actually had to create a google account just to write this review, that's how bad they are.

Have had a look at your listing on Rightmove, your pricing is more than 20% more than your counterparts, why is that ?Are you trying to scam people into paying more ? Please follow the market.

Terrible is putting it mildly. They're poor at answering emails, they'll do virtually nothing other than print your contract, but they will charge ridiculous fees (easily double of what I've paid agents in the past). If by some misfortune your landlord falls off the face of the earth for a couple months and you have no hot water and a broken cooker, and they're the only point of contact, they will do little to help. To top it off they gave my number, rather than my landlord's, to someone interested in viewing my flat, and turned up unannounced for viewings with prospective tenants. Sure there's some breach of privacy in there. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible people. They didn't explain nothing when i call them. I wanted move in London so was looking for an apartment. I explained to the girl on the phone that I will start work in September can I take the apartment. she said no worries everything is OK you can rent it its not a problem. when I arrived ( I had to go 2 hours by train I'm living outside London) agent who showed the apartment said that I can`t take it coz i didn't start my job yet. I said why no body told me about it on phone. I just lost my time and money.
