Careful who you TRUST ! You can be left homeless ! An horrible experience working with Dexters Letting Agents ! Non professional , irresponsible and impolite ! Been dealing with them for almost a month . I and my partner got in touch with Dexters for a property we wanted to rent . Have been quite punctual with everything our letting agent has asked for , have paid every money she asked for as a holding deposit & even a month of rent in advance or the damage deposit , gave all our data , and in the end we were just left homeless ! They just came with a justification that the landlord changed her mind about letting the property after 2 weeks of the whole process , let me mention here we had even signed a contract that according to the agency it only would been executed when we moved into the property .. It also took ages to be refunded from them , furthermore they try to steal your money as the refund wasn't fully one . I called the letting agent several times to get my money back & she didn't even apologise , ever ! Called , emailed & wrote a thousand of times to the letting agent , but I don't know who has hired her as her level of professionalism is 0 ! She just ignored me , my calls & my texts ! If there were an option I would give Dexters 0 star ! So as you can understand , be aware people and try to avoid them as a company ! Careful who you trust or you can be the next homelessness !

So far Henry has been great! We couldn’t find a nice flat and he found a very good one in just one day. He always answers his phone and has been very helpful. We haven’t moved in yet but we hope everything is gonna be fine!

We rented a property for two years in Shoreditch, London, with Peach. Throughout our tenancy their service was excellent: the move-in was easy, all the maintenance issues were addressed promptly, and the move-out process was fair and professional. We can highly recommend Peach and we would be happy to rent again with them.

Personally I believe the professionalism of a letting agent is the quality of their after service and most notably the property manager who overlooks the day to day smooth running of the property and keeping the tenants happy, a rathe diplomatic role keeping both parties happy. In Georgie them have someone who is very able and professional is this role who appears unfazed with whatever she is confronted with. I have been living in London all my life and have had to deal with a lot of estate agents over the years and to be totally honest i have to admit there is quite a few nice ones out there however most of the estate agents me and my wife had had to deal with always come of very arrogant and pushy and just give you the impression there trying to get rid of you HOWEVER these guys at love property are just simply the best. We come across the agency whilst walking back from brick lane and just thought we might aswell try our luck by popping in and we was amazed on how welcoming and friendly the whole team were, it genuinely felt as if we had just walked in to visit friends and family not a estate agency. After listening to all our needs the team had found out a bundle of properties to view and without no complications we found our home we still live in today and never had a single problem since i honestly cant thank them enough.

6 years in London did not give me many chances to write review like this one. My 3 friends and I have lived in one of their flats for a year. Salik&Co is a professional and honest agency. The staff was kind and the few time we had some issues they were quick and efficient. Check-in and check-out have been smooth and with no discussion. At the end of tenancy, they have refunded us our full-deposit ON TIME.

I was with Salik and Co for 4 years. The property was run with friendliness and professionalism making for an enjoyable experience. The property was shown with honesty and clarity, and the rental terms were well priced, and agreements fair and balanced. The management of the property was thorough, safe, and well communicated. The staff of Asif, Aziz, Fathma, and a John are friendly and a joy to work with. If issues arose, they were resolved as soon as possible, and even same day in many occasions! Had an very disappointing experience with Thames lettings dealing with an agent called Robert. We went to see the flat and we couldn’t get in as Robert didn’t have the right keys and we ended stuck outside. We had seen the pictures of the flat and the location was perfect for us. So even though we didn’t manage to see the flat we asked Robert how do we move ahead from here. He told us don’t worry you’re the first to see the flat and we’re not doing any other viewings, the flat won’t go. So we go back next day see the flat and tell Robert we wanna go ahead again. A lot of time was wasted days after Robert asks us everything he needed to know about us. We gave him all the details and then 2 hours after an amazing offer came through and were asked if we could meet it. Also there’s something dodgy about this company as when we finally saw the flat it was occupied by “professional sex workers” all the bedrooms were free and three girls in the living room. We’re truly disappointed with how this was handled.

As new tenant in the UK (French) and for our first tenancy agreement we had the chance to be accompanied with Thames Lettings. From the first day (the flat viewing) until the return of the deposit, they have been helpful, reactive, friendly and above all honest, a rare quality for a lettings agency in London. Whatever the issue we had during the tenancy, Robert and Monica have always been here to help and to find a solution, even for our more demanding requirements, sometimes answering us in the weekend. Having rented several flats in London before, I can easily say that Thames Lettings provided the most efficient service out of all the agencies I have worked with - the team is professional, friendly and quick to respond to and resolve issues.

I rented from Thames when I needed a place to stay weekdays for work. From the first appointment, when I viewed the property, they were the utmost professionals: courteous, helpful, quick to respond and best of all, not at all pushy to get a signing. On moving in, a couple of really minor issues were dealt with speedily, and I was looked after by the same person pretty much throughout. I would strongly recommend Thames for a trustworthy, reliable and consistent service.

I’ve never seen like this agency, Ive been living this country 10 years I used to work 6 different agency. I didn’t see like them, they are not professional and Responsive. I’ve been emailing them from December , they didn’t sort it out. By the way I’m still waiting response from them..

Drove all the way from London to view this property they had advertised to let with my family only to find out the viewing was cancelled. Got a message at 10:50 am to say my viewing at 10:45 has been cancelled. Time, money and exhaustion all for nothing, just because some one sat in this office is probably not qualified or capable enough to do their job well.

It has been over 2 months since we moved out and, despite assurances, we still have not received our deposit back. Blueprint are not answering their phones and we are still yet to hear anything back from accounts via email. Blueprints service whilst we lived there was good enough, but this is getting ridiculous, they are holding on to a lot of personal money - crucial for us during this global pandemic. I will be happy to alter this review if and when we get a response and return of money from your accounts team.

I rented my student accommodation from UCNEST this year. They sourced a room in a shared student flat in Old Street for me within a week from my application and staff Philip and Cath were very helpful. Recommended.

PLEASE STAY AWAY from this agency, the manager Jamal Ahmed is a CON MAN. They mislead you with the marketing of their properties They take payments for Holding deposits without giving any official paper work and say it will be sent after you pay. Jamal Ahmed lied and said I retracted an offer from a property, when i only asked if the start date could be changed by a few days. Jamal then said because I asked for the start date to be changed (by only a few days) I could no longer rent the property and he would not refund me over £500.00. Even after I said I would still rent the property at the originally agreed date. I only ASKED to see if it was possible, apparently me asking is enough to loose £500.00. He gives you no reason at all for not refunding the money and dismisses all emails sent. The service is horrible. STAY AWAY

Very poor service, literally a scam, do not get their service as they only focus on milking your money and go MIA then after. Also agent is utterly rude and not responsive to fixing stuffs, can you imagine a boiler being down for 2 weeks and showering with cold water? If not, don't bother with them.

Recently rented a new flat for the upcoming university year, the company was very professional and responsive in all our queries and requests, specially Jamal. As students we were slow and inexperienced in handing documents but Jamal was always ready and patient to resolve every issues. Would recommend the company !

Disgraceful customer service. I rang up over 8 times no answer. I've emailed 5 times and no response. So now I've missed out in renting a property that I was looking forward to viewing and living in. Waste of time.

Called about 15 times. They never answer the phone. Why do landlords list with them if tenants can't get thru? They don't answer the phone either.

It’s unbelievable to think that these people are actually here to rent out or sell properties, they never answer the phone & even when they do they are absolutely useless at helping out, worst customer service ever.

Terrible customer service. Impossible to contact anyone to arrange a viewing, either by phone or email. They are then looking to charge £140 as a finders fee for the property. Obviously being used by landlords looking to save a bit of money (which is worrying for someone looking to rent off the landlord).
