A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. NIGHTMARE FOR TENANTS! 1. They rip your head off when you request your deposit back even if nothing is broken and the property has been professionally cleaned (yes, I mean the lady called Paige). 2. They pretended to be friendly before you move in. However, they ignore your reporting action about mould (growing before move-in) and even ridiculously charge you, regardless that you’ve tried your best to clean and ventilate the property. 3. No peaceful enjoyment during your stay at all. Press “Useful” please and I’ll share more stories.

I have let out our flat through Leonard Lease for 7 years and have found them to be a very good agent. The staff have all been there for a while, which says something and they friendly and easy to deal with. Any problems with the flat they resolve easily so I can only recomend them.
