We recently bought a property through Charles Henry Peppiat and have had the easiest experience as far as buying properties go! The Sales Manager and Director that we were liaising with were polite, professional and responsive. Above all, they were transparent; they kept us informed of the progress of the sale, any issues encountered and what they were doing to assist us in securing the purchase.

My experience with Charles Henry Peppiatt was excellent. After I put in an offer, the referencing check and tenancy agreement signing went through in a week. Nicolas was the listing agent of the property I'm currently renting. He is professional, efficient and always responsive. Most importantly, he is truly caring. Being the listing agent of the property, he went out of his way to help pass on my requests and answer all my questions. On the day of move-in, there was some mix-up in the keys from the landlord's side, and Nicolas made several trips to retrieve the keys and made sure I could check in that day. Since I recently relocated from the US, lots of the renting process in the UK was new to me. I feel lucky to have worked with Nicolas to find a place I like. He is trustworthy and reliable, truly living up to the good reputation here on Google :)

We purchased a house via Homelink Southgate in March 2021 and the negotiator was Sheikh Alum. The whole purchase process went very smoothly and we were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness provided by Sheikh. Our queries were dealt with promptly and we always felt Sheikh acted with honestly and integrity throughout.

Most real estate agents are difficult to say the least. These guys do have some traits of a typical agency but they are really very helpful in difficult situations, where it really counts. Not too many agencies around London I'd recommend tbh, definitely few I can review to stay miles away from. But these guys are alright.

I have just moved out of a property rented from The Accommodating company after four and a half years. They are a really friendly, helpful and professional company. Over the time I was renting with them there were a few niggles around the place that needed to be sorted, all of which were sorted out with in a day - some in the same day. Great service all round, I’d throughly recommend them and would definitely rent with them again in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would! Have never received such appalling customer service from Mr Firmin himself. We booked a viewing and turned up on time, myself my husband and 3 year old son only to be told that we weren’t allowed into the property with our son due to government guidelines. Not only is this incorrect but the manner in which it was delivered was beyond rude. A little education on what is actually the correct guidance relating to your industry would be helpful but more useful than that would be a lesson in some basic manners. Needless to say we will not be using this agency ever and would not recommend them to anyone else either.

Aweful website really. Really poorly setup up. Their own property is not listed on their website but on zoopla. Asked to be contacted for a listed sale but sofar nothing happened. Anyways, can't recommend it

Huge disappointment. They arranged a viewing for me and even confirmed it with a text message. On the arranged day, I went to the property and waited there for over twenty minutes, so I called them to ask what was going on. An employee named Mark picked up the phone and with an extremely rude tone told me that they don't want to show me the property without giving me any reason or explanation. I was left confused because there was no notice that the viewing is cancelled, so when I asked Mark about that, he shouted at me over the phone that he can't be bothered to talk to me. I would like to ask his boss: why do you pay wages to your eployees, if all they do is waste the time of your clients?
