From experience I can say that using an agent to manage a tenancy is imperative with all the new legislation out there. You could think yourself as being a great landlord but one small error could lead you down a road of loosing £1000's not to mention the level of stress. So I would recommend leaving to the experts, which is where Parkfields have been great in assisting with a wide number of tenancy matters. We now have a fully managed service with them. From advice, support, finding suitable tenants, due diligence checks and everything else they have been fantastic. I would highly recommend using their personable service, which is very efficient. The other bonus is that the have employees which speak a number of languages which sometimes you do not find with other agents, this has really helped my parents become more independent in managing their own property.

I found them really helpful especially Mr. Sunny Sahota, really want to appreciate him for his excellent customer service. He is always there for help, calm under pressure, sort the things in very realistic manner.

Stay away at all cost. They have lied to us about a buyer just so we didn't accept another offer. At the end, they had no-one and we lost on the place we were due to buy. They will lie to you making you believe anything. Just con artists....

Terrible dodgy estate agency. Fake tenancy contracts. Stay away from them. They will steal your money and offer you an unsafe place, as it happened to me. Disgusting.

In almost 30 years of buying ,selling and renting both residential and commercial property I can safely say that Hiltons have the most appalling customer service I have encountered. I called them to request a financial statement on my property, despite repeated conversations with Uzma who deals with these , it's now been two weeks and I am still waiting for a simple report that any accounting software would generate in a matter of minutes . SHAMEFUL !!!

I have always found Keyton's to be highly professional and the staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have a number of properties let out through Keyton's and I have never experienced any difficulties with them. It is always a pleasure to visit the office and to meet them face to face rather than be directed to a website. I would strongly recommend this company to others.

Keytons Estates have been renting my properties for over a year now and I can unreservedly say that they are the best estate agents I have dealt with. They have consistently been professional, courteous, trustworthy and helpful. Rent has always been paid on time and they have ensured my properties are maintained to a good standard. The guy running this place (Niranjan or better known as Neil) is awful, pushy, rude and one arrogant man. I was lucky in the sense that my husband chose to go with another estate agent for our new home to rent, but this guy took our deposit without confirming anything with the landlord and it was a headache getting our deposit back. I don't understand his idea of customer service, he made me feel like an awful person for not deciding on the spot. He told me he has too many customers to deal with to be waiting for me to choose a place to rent. He treated my friend (whose property he is letting) just as awfully. This man lies and is toxic. I hope nobody has to deal with such a horrible estate agent. STAY CLEAR OF THIS GUY!

I just let my 6 bed town house in Whitton, and Touchwood Homes did a good job. They found a reliable professional family within days, and achieved my preferred rent. Well, I have not still come across a single bad word against to them, as I was referred by a professional landlord with multiple properties. So far so good. Good job boys.

I highly disagree with the previous review from lucy. Neil also known as niranchan is a very honest and a kind business man who knows well how to treat customers and keep them happy. Neil is a very friendly person to deal with and i can guarantee you would do business with again and also recommend to others. I have been dealing with neil for many years and have always experienced exceptional qualities in the way he runs the business with a very professional approach to his loyal customers.

I am totally opposing the previous review. Just to tell that Neil is not conducting any letting business and I always deal with him in buying and selling properties over many years. Do not trust this agents as they are not responsible at all to attend for given appointments, at least they are not aware about the appointments they have given. Also not responsible to inform the viewers if the property is given to someone else .They just say ‘ it’s given ‘when the we go near the property to for viewing.Not professional and time wasters.
