The Cribs Estate Agency has been nothing but professional and the customer services has been delivered to me on the highest level. Also Claudia who is always available to answer any of my questions when Abdul is not available. They have great knowledge about the loca area and are very responsive to my requests, and much better than the bigger estate agents who take you for granted. These guys are superb they got a lot of viewings at my flat within hours I was shocked and rented it out within a day from when I agreed a fee. They got very close to the rent I wanted, I am also using Cribs to manage the property as their price was very reasonable and when I saw how detailed and stringent their contract for the tenant was I new I had a bargain. Their efficiency and attention to detail was brilliant. I was also very impressed with all the other services they offer as a managing agent, Abdul who is looking after me and my property has been top notch a very approachable guy and obviously has a lot of experience, he has been dealing with all the matters amazingly and has kept both me and tenant happy. It’s really refreshing to find an agent like this, it actually makes me want to buy more properties around that area so that I can use them.

Very responsive and helpful. Abdul showed us our flat and within a few days we had the keys! Really excited about our new place and appreciate the service. Also impressed with the inventory report; Abdul took pictures of everything and made sure they were in the report, with the option to add our own photos. Very professional.

Through Cribs Estates me and my girlfriend found the perfect place for us. Absolutely AMAZING! I've used plenty of other estate agents in the past and they are not a patch on LPG. I was moving into a new home and had to do so REMOTELY. LPG made the whole process so easy and stress free. Malina and Mithu were readily available via email and whats app. Brilliant service. Transparent. Professional. And I LOVE my new apartment - an apartment I moved into without ever viewing it in person! They made me feel very comfortable and instantly settled. Would DEFINITELY recommend, especially over all other estate agents in the UK.

We needed to find a place fast! Malina and the team managed to get everything in place by Friday and simultaneously orchestrate it all over the weekend to have everything in place for a move in by midweek the following week. Nice from the outside

The apartment is beautiful and is a home away from home. With everything you will need It is full of art works all done by the owner .it is in a central location and with shops close by.you can use there push bikes to explore the town and surrounding country side as it is flat and ezy going I don't think you will find a better apartment in duderstradt Tony and mia lutze qld Australia
