The property management is very negligent handed us the apartment in a condition hazardous for our health. They didn't meet any condition we had in our offer that they had accepted in writing (like removing mould). Even the washer had mould and they didn't fix it till 2 weeks. We had to clean the apartment at our own expense since they were unresponsive to our email that the apartment wasn't clean and they are refusing to refund it. We have been having hot water problems since moved in and they only temporarily fixed it. Their contractor didn't bother showing up despite us making several calls that we need hot water. They even lied to us (in writing) during the offer claiming that the washer is a washer+ dryer and they are now refusing to do anything about it. Overall the apartment is uninhabitable and the property management don't fix anything on time.

Amazing experience and would recommend life Residential to anyone trying to find a place in London! Being abroad during my search it wasnt so easy. It took far longer than expected thanks to lockdown, mortgage delays etc and wouldn't have surprised me if vendor lost faith and put back on market. Been with them for over 3years and my experience with the team has been pleasant to say the least. My unit has been meticulously well taken care of, all queries and requests answered and dealt with in a timely manner no matter how small and the rates they charge are competitive. You would be hard put to find another set of friendly and responsive people.

Not professional at all! Please reconsider contacting this agency if you are considering to move to this area use other agencies who offer basic customer service without hesitation, I reached out to SSG for a flat during my search their flats are overpriced and offer letter requires pay information which is not convenient.

I did call different estate agents in regards to selling our flat, but Strawberry Star was the one to be realistic and friendly. Gurveer Kaur - an excellent agent, who helped to sell our flat. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She found us a buyer within a week and kept us well informed through out our selling process - which took 4 months to complete. She also went an extra mile and helped us with the storage when we had issue with getting keys for the new house. Highly recommended!!!

I bought through the sales team at Strawberry Star. They were all extremely helpful and friendly but especially Stephanie. She was always available to take my calls and emails no matter the time or day. Gave a true end-to-end service. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
