Dexters is a respectable brand. I have dealt with two of their offices and in both cases they have acted with professionalism. They certainly push for the sale but this is important to keep the momentum of a purchase! Regarding the South Kensington office specifically, they were responsive and accommodating with me as a buyer. I thank Candy for helping us find a property that ticked the boxes and I thank Tristan for helping us get through the last leg of the sale!

(ZERO STARS) Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The staff are aggressive and rude. They are always 'too busy' to deal with anything you ask them to do. I had so many problems with this agency after renting a property with them for about 9 months. I counted down the days to be free from the contract as soon as I realised my terrible mistake. First of all, they falsely advertised a 3 bedroom flat as a 5 bedroom conversion. Upon arrival at the property, I expected the 5 bedroom property that I had viewed (in person) 3 months earlier. A whole partition wall was just...gone. It was now a 3 bed apartment with a living room. I then discovered that they had taken the partition out months before, but had failed to contact me about this because "they didn't want to bother me". This took a week of arguing and involving various higher powers to solve so I started living in the property a week later than anticipated. Upon arrival, many things were not working. Despite contacting RR multiple times asking them to replace this, they just never did. During our rent we also had the house open for several viewings from other prospective tenants. RR properties would arrive with the viewers at the property without warning, then call us saying "we are coming in for a viewing now", then proceed to bang on the door until someone let them in. Finally, after I was free and the contract had ended, RR called me after I had left the property saying the cleaning company I had booked and paid for responsible for the end of tenancy cleaning were requesting an additional £90. RR staff told me this was because the cleaning company arrived 2 hours late to our property (? That doesn't even make sense. Why would the cleaning company charge US if they were the ones who arrived late). Upon speaking with the cleaning company it turned out that RR was actually late by 2 hours, so the cleaning company could not actually enter our property. They also simply did not respond to reference requests from our subsequent letting agent. RR properties lies when it suits them.

Agents are super friendly and helpful in every way. They also provide everything you need to decide on a flat, even during the pandemic.. (live virtual tours, regular check-up/calls, etc.) Absolute stress-free and enjoyable experience.

The flat I am living in is very clean, well-organized, and fully furnished. The qualities of my bed, closet, tables etc. are very high. I am having a wonderful living experience here. The agents are friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to my needs. I still remember the feeling when I got the blessing phone call from them on Spring Festival. It is such a warm gesture that makes international students feel like home. The maintenance engineer is very responsive and he regularly checks with me about my flat condition. He is a skillful engineer with attention-to-detail attitude. Overall, I am very happy with the services they provide and I highly recommend students live in such a hospitable place!

I have stayed with RR Properties for over a year now and can only recommend it. Everyone is really helpful and I feel very looked after. The accomodation is in a great condition and feels clean due to cleaners taking care. If you are looking for a place to move to please go with RR Properties, you will be in good hands.

Great experience with this agency. They were very easy to approach in the first place and quick to answer emails and calls. The move into the studio flat was made very easy with minimum amount of steps, furthermore all information about the studio was explained clearly before the visit so I knew exactly what to expect.They are also very quick to sort out any issues which may arise during the stay which was super helpful. They are incredibly fast at replying when you are about to rent a place, but once your tenancy has started, good luck. There have been many issues with their payment processing system that have not been fixed in the last whole year, and don't get me started on ending a tenancy. It just feels like as if they want to trap you into their contracts. Just use another agency if you can.

I didn't have the best experience. The flat I'm renting turned out to have several issues which have been slowly fixed, but it seems like every week a new one arises. Since I moved from abroad I couldn't see the flat myself before renting it. It was quite distressing to arrive and find that the flat had mice, a construction site next door, wood panels falling, and a leak. It felt like I wasn't provided with all the information. After discussing the issues with Knight Frank they did what was on their hands, but I wish I could have known about the issues before deciding to sign a lease. Besides the issues with the flat, Laura and Rose were quite friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

I had a superb experience working with Fraser Wright of Knight Frank South Kensington Lettings to rent an apartment. Given the very tight timeframe, I am particularly grateful for the effort he put into making the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Fraser was extremely friendly, proactive, and generous. He answered the many questions I had, and made sure that I was aware of the important milestones and procedures. I am extremely happy with my new apartment and have Fraser/Knight Frank to thank. In sum, I cannot recommend Fraser and Knight Frank South Kensington enough to all prospective tenants!

The negotiator named Manon told me that the landlord managed the property herself and she had a handy man here to take care of things. However, the property is quite old and need repairs, the landlord does not respond until council sent her legal notice.

M2 manage one of the buildings we own a property in and they have been nothing short of brilliant to deal with. Having compared quite a few before engaging them they have proved to be extremely reasonable and competitively priced, efficient, dynamic and always on the look out to add value for money for their clients. Hamptons Chelsea (Vasilis and Paul is who we had to deal with) are a disaster, the mistakes they made were exhausting and numerous. Just a few examples: wrong start date on the contract (which they did not amend and made us pay for the extra days we didn’t need); then failing to arrange the furniture to the flat for the start of the tenancy, our landlord was very unresponsive throughout the tenancy and hamptons completely failed to support us with the issues that came up. Many thanks Vasilis and Paul for ignoring both our calls and emails on a regular basis. We are currently in the process of moving out of the flat and I am honestly terrified of what’s next. This is probably the most unpleasant company I ever had to deal with and I deeply hope I never come across hamptons again. Edit: actually Paul contacted us and explained that we are not his clients and he doesn’t work for us. So I guess this company is great for landlords, but if you are a tenant AVOID this like fire.

I used Hamptons International (Chelsea) to sell my property, which they were able to do so in a quickly and efficiently manner. Cezary did a great job to get my property sold in what are very difficult times.

The team always reponds timely to my request. It's been very smooth renting my flat with Dominic London during the whole year. However, when it comes to the deposit refund, they initially wanted to charge me £50 for some lightbulbs before even comparing with the check in condition. When I argued that those lights were out before I move in and sent her my check in report, they changed their attitude 180 degree and became impatient and threatened me, ‘I am not going to spend any more time on this with you Boyu. If you want your deposit back please sign the deposit release form.’ I’ve been using my own lights bought from Amazon the whole time after I found the original lights were very energy-inefficient and unsafe (burned the cupboard door nearby once). And I put back the originals on the day I checked out to make sure they were the flat was the same condition as check in. Now, with them refusing to release the reasonable amount of deposit, I can only ask the third party judicator (TDS, tenancy deposit scheme) to judge the case which Idk how long it may take. So please, if you’re reading this, please do yourself a favour and avoid this agent, especially you’re someone who will go back to your own country after the tenancy. Dealing with irresponsible letting agents can be time-consuming and I can’t imagine doing this from a different time zone.

Dominic and his team are the most kind, friendly and thoughtful estate agents you could hope to meet! The sort of old fashioned, trustworthy values that are hard to find in London nowadays. We've had the most brilliant year of renting their property and feel very grateful for their efficiency, clarity and consistency throughout such a difficult period for everyone. Worst experience ever with a real estate agency. They stole my holding deposit. Long story short, during my viewing of a property, Rupert agreed to remove 3 pieces of furniture. Eventually, due to his lazy nature, he backtracked on this agreement and lied about it ever taking place. Not only, he didn't even reach out to me personally to find a solution - instead making his poor secretary Rose send e-mails upon e-mails to me. They still have my holding deposit and are refusing to give it back even though they are in the wrong as I was wrongfully coerced into signing the tenancy agreement. I advise anyone looking to rent properties to stay away from Laimond Properties, Heritable Trust, and anyone affiliated with "Rupert".
