Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

The sale of our buy to let property was due to divorce. As much as these times have been challenging and painful on a personal level, I feel an enormous sense of gratitude for the team at Victoria Park, especially to David Easton, for supporting me over and above to make everything go so smoothly, whilst I couldn't be nearby, due to lockdown. To feel partnership and collaboration when that very subject was in question in my personal life, gave me a sense of hope. Our house was filled with love and laughter, as well as my passion for interiors. For our tenants it retained the spirit of joy and safety a home needs to provide, especially in lockdown. It is a unique place and this is what David's team picked up on and what ultimately sold the property. Thank you.

The team at Victoria Park office our fantastic. Communicative, knowledgable, engaging and responsive. They have done an outstanding job of selling my property. Not once, but twice. 5 stars.

Harry Charalambous showed me a flat and helped me negotiate a price with the owners and I am now in the process of buying. Harry has been reassuring and helpful and everything has gone smoothly so far. I liked that he didn't rush me at viewings at all.

Really responsive, always feel like we are being well taken care of. In particular, Sandy has been of great support to us from the start. Pays attention to what we need. Always a phone call away and gives sound advice.

I don’t often write reviews however the team at Savills are amazing. Jasmine was my main point of contact, she text me (my preferred way of seeing things fast) flats in my areas and price range that she knew I’d love. Really professional and personable. Thank you!

We chose to sell our house with Robert as he really listened to us and was always helpful and not pushy. We have been stung in the past with agents starting out all smiles and then becoming aggressive and pushy. With Robert, what you see is what you get. The experience was all positive and we particularly liked the fixed fee.

We had the pleasure to work with Robert from Robert Alan Home, for the sale of our property, a "designer" apartment near Victoria Park. Robert has been extremely professional, transparent and accurate from the very early stages of our sale. He was able - unlike other corporate agencies that operate in our area - to suggest the right price for our sale and discuss with us the marketing strategy, which was indeed successful and impeccable. It's because of his (and his agency's) professionalism, experience and knowledge of the housing market in Hackney. We did also appreciate the agency's ethics throughout the sale process. Robert always kept the process transparent to both vendors and buyers. A solid 5 stars.

Robert Alan Homes (and Robert himself) provided us with a high quality, transparent, professional and ethical service. His close familiarity with the area, and the honesty with which he conduct his business are commendable, a real rare agent! highly recommended!

Robert and his team have been nothing but brilliant during the purchase of our new house. Friendly and transparent service, and always available when required. Thank you so much!

We have recently sold and purchased through Robert Alan Homes. We had rather assumed that the flat fee would eventually actually become more or we would experience a lesser service than usual but we were wrong. Robert managed to secure a reliable chain of buyers at the right price within a week and was available to us 24/7. Always professional, responsive and supportive we are very glad to have chosen him - amazing service and value for money.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. Jenna and the team went above and beyond to help my partner and I along as we purchased our first property. She was always responsive and honest and helped make what could've been a slow and painful process a lot easier.

This agency is freaking nightmare. They absolutely do not respond to anything that tenants ask. Their only response is "we do not manage the property you need to speak to landlord". When I was trying to move out of the property I did not get any single response from them on several emails, I needed to do all the work and actually manage everything alone. They just took the fee of £300 for terminating my tenancy earlier (which he even did not ask directly for but via landlord). After that, they were just avoiding my calls or did not respond to emails, they were reportedly rude to new tenants that tried to reach them, which was incredibly off putting. Then they did not even bother to sort my deposit, even before I moved in, nor when I moved out. Even my tenancy agreement was issued with a date almost a month later than I moved in and they did not even get my name right. The new tenants have already been living in the property and I was struggling to get my money back. When I finally liased with my landlord to pay me back, they started confusing new tenants, that I have to wait for deposit scheme. But they never asked me to pay deposit to them so obviously I did not even have any confirmation from the deposit scheme that my money would be there. I paid directly to my landlord at the beginning of my tenancy. The other outgoing flatmate still have not got her money back so I consider myself being very lucky. She needed to report this issue to tenants rights authority. As I read the comments, they will certainly respond that this comment is just an attempt to harm their reputation, which is nonsense because this is happening. Interesting that they have time to respond on comments below reviews but they do not do any work they are paid for. Horrible. I seriously believe that the positive comments are written by them or their acquaintances as I wittnessed what they are truly like. Avoid any property they manage/prepare agreements or sorting deposits on landlords behalf and spare yourself a headache.

There is a genuine lack of professionalism with this agency, contact with them is an obligation you want to escape. The previous property manager had questionable actions/approaches/communication and the current chap comes across as disingenuous and pompous. The communication and resolution to issues through our multi-year tenancy left much to be desired, although when we did have contact with the landlord a few times it was positive. To top it off the end of our tenancy and unhappiness with them, they were late in releasing our deposit, sent a demand to pay rent and Harasses for entry (7+ missed calls in a few minutes) to the flat after we officially ended our tenancy. I would challenge them to truly up their game and move beyond their cowboy approach to tenants and the management of their properties.

I've been renting a flat managed by Knight Bishop for a couple years now. During our time in our flat, any maintenance issues we've had have been dealt with quickly, which I appreciate especially given this particularly challenging time we are all living through. So I just want to give credit where credit is due. :-)

From initial tenancy through to renting through Knight Bishop, Robert and team from the Hackney office are very reliable, friendly and transparent. Very responsive on behalf of our landlord and sorts out anything with no delay. Couldn't fault them at all, as a tenant I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Robert and his team are fantastic. They have dealt with obtaining tenants for both of my properties for the last three years and I’ve never had an issue with any of them. Very polite and well mannered team. They go over and beyond to get the right tenants and do their due diligence when accepting applications from prospective tenants. I’ve found the team to also be very flexible in any situation. I’m writing the review for them but I also hope they feel good about me as the Landlord, as it works both ways. It’s rare to see the same people working in the same estate agent after a year from past experience with other estate agents which is a testament to the whole good ethos and moral of the company. I feel like I don’t want to go elsewhere when other estate agents approach me. I pray the good working relationship continues. Thank you team. You already know how much I value you guys.

Awful, please avoid at any cost. We arrived at the flat and found it in horrible conditions. For this reason we had to hire professional cleaning to make it liveable. The agency clearly stated in our email exchange that they were sorry about this and for this reason we did not have to perform professional cleaning before leaving the flat. Result? They asked us 500 POUND!!! Furthermore they promised us a dishwasher was present, since it was not there they agreed to allow us to sell one of the fridge in the house. Result? They asked money for it and we had to negotiate to solve it. Please avoid it at any cost, they are only after some easy money

Sovereign House produced a great advert for our house, with attractive photos, and managed the sale as effectively as possible, especially given the complexities introduced by covid.

Brilliant service provided by a very professional company. Jimmy was extremely helpful in finding me a flat to rent and is always very quick to respond to any queries I have. Would 100% recommend Sovereign House estates and would use their services again.

We had a successful sale through Sovereign House in March 2021, despite a difficult climate for the housing market - national lockdown and a local authority cyber attack. We were very happy with the service received and with the sale price our agent secured for us.
