Honestly by far the best Landlord I had in a long time. You can’t do better : my bed broke and has been replaced in 24hours while I had nothing to do. My agent (Zan) is so responsive, he always replies within minutes and is very comprehensive. I’m a LGBTQ+ person and I haven’t feel discriminated or not considered. All the process went smooth and I feel very happy to have them as my landlords ! They even make sure that the tenants they pick will get along together in the property and it works !!! This is the experience of a tenant :) It’s a Big 10/10 and I’m very sad to leave them !!!! Do not hesitate a second to work with them, they are a diamond in the sea of real estate !!! Kaden guys are amazing! Bureaucracy and necessary procedures to sign the contract were quick and smooth. Also, for any kind of problem, they come to solve it immediately and professionally. Highly recommended!

My experience with Kaden Properties has been so far really satisfying. In particular Zan, the agent I have been interacting with, has been beyond accommodating and available. He even helped me move my belongings to the new apartment! Furthermore, I found that the photos included in the advert actually mirrored the reality of the apartment.

I have always found the team at Oakford Estates do their best to find me the best tenants and the best rents. I have worked with them now for several years and they understand the landlord requirements and the need to find reliable and honest tenants for my flats. Their service is through and they also help with support services such as reliable cleaners and repair companies.

Very efficient! Vince was really helpful and it was really great to be able to sort everything out so easily and quickly with all his help.

NOTE: they removed their previous google account ‘SN Estates Property Services Limited’ because received so many bad reviews. And now they created a new one, hiring people publishing good reviews, so new customers won’t know they are scammers. Please check the old review page for this estate agent. One of their usual trick to raise the price or change the term after you pay holding deposit, and threaten they won’t give it back if you don’t agree. From my previous experience this agent is very unprofessional and unethical and I would recommend people avoid it. Let me give you one example, they raised the price TWICE AFTER both agreed the letting and I paid the deposit. AND they THREATENED that they had the right not to give back the deposit if I did not agree the raised price and rent the flat. What do you think you are? An agent or a gang? Hope no one suffers from such thing again but if you do, please report to the police or related association directly. If they said they couldn’t find my name on system. Do you really think I would stupid enough to let someone who is unethical and holds all my personal information (on the contract) knows my real name after I post bad but true review? Also another kind advice for all people who are considering to use this agent - just have a search at this agent and read the reviews posted at different time/ website. It’s not difficult to see who is shameful. Karma.

Scam! They took my friend’s deposit when the property wasn’t even on the market! Robbed a good person. Disgusting behaviour! Reported them to trading standards.

Massive thanks to Alex our agent who was very helpful and super kind to us! It's rare to get an agency who genuinely cares for their clients and puts them first before rushing into a sales pitch and trying to secure a deal. He got us a great offer with the landlord! which had pretty much everything that we asked for, but unfortunately in the end we chose another place due to personal reasons. We had an awful experience with Up My Street recently. Everything was going fine - we found our perfect apartment in London, put forward an offer which was accepted by the owners, and paid the security deposit. We were communicating normally with the real estate agent and were waiting to sign the lease when the owners returned from their holiday. 3 days before moving in we get a call from our Up My Street real estate agent saying the owners changed their mind, putting all the blame on them. A few days later, while we were viewing another apartment with a different agency, we told the new agent what had happened to us. He was so shocked, as he had let out that EXACT apartment a week before because the owners hadn't heard any confirmation from Up My Street about us, started getting worried and decided to engage another agency!!! So we had the apartment, but lost it because there was zero communication from Up My Street. UNBELIEVABLE how we only found out a week later that the lease had been signed by another couple even though we were ready to move in - so unprofessional. The only saving grace was that we got our deposit and referencing fees back. Will never work with them again.

The staff are difficult to deal with and have regularly lied or misrepresented the truth. When trying to deal with the contract and make it fair as set out by the office of fair trading they were unwilling to even correct simple spelling mistakes, let alone the issues. I have dealt with several estate agents in London and these have by far been the worse. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

I have rented through Up My Street for over a year and just renewed, Mike and the team are extremely helpful and always do their best to accommodate my needs. They are efficient and very pleasant weather it is a maintenance issue or paperwork. I would definitely recommend Up My Street to my friends and family, they are superb!
