Always great service from J&Co. We have currently been dealing with Chelsea when going through the application for a new property and she has been very efficient and helpful throughout. We have also dealt with Amy this time around who helped us organise our viewings and again was very efficient and friendly.

Myself and my girlfriend just signed our contract for a new place with huge help from both Sebastian and Helena. The process took some time due to a hold up from my side but both Sebastian and Helena pushed it through and we signed the contract 2 days before moving. They both handled this extremely professionally and on a very tight timeline. Huge thanks to both of them on helping us find and secure our new flat!

Everyone involved has been very professional, responsive, informative, helpful and patient throughout, despite the circumstances of my particular living situation posing logistical challenges, and has helped me greatly during a time in my life which personally has not been very easy or straightforward. Fern and Johns&Co have been a great rent renewal expert while I have been searching for a new property to purchase. They are a completely unprofessional organization. The list of issues I had with them during my tenancy were endless - more than 1 month when I moved in the hob was not working, bed was broken in one room, sinks in the bathrooms were blocked. Their property manager doesnt respond to any issues you point out, for the whole 1 year I stayed with them, none of the issues were addressed inspite of multiple reminders, they dont send bills in time. It has been 2 months since I vacated and I havent got my deposit back. Issues already existing while I moved in were pointed out again in the inventory checkout. I would highly recommend to stay away from any properties they are handling.

If u r new to UK and taking house via life residential you are totally in safe hands. My consultant was Daemon and he was really amazing. They will guide u at every step till u move in.

Shocking customer service, enquired about a property and asked for an in person viewing and they were very suspicious and hesitant about doing so. I asked if they could inform the current tenants of this to see if they would allow it, 10 days later the property has been let without them informing me of this despite the ongoing back and forth and me constantly chasing them up. Unprofessional and believed I dodged a bullet.

Have just finished my rental with Grainger and from start to finish was a stress free and enjoyable experience. Only had a couple of minor issues and they were dealt with promptly and professionally. We moved into a grainer property last june. I can't praise them enough! From the first date of enquiery to moving in - everything was handled quickly, easily and professional. It ran really smoothly. Since moving in, we have had no issues at all. A few repair issues were dealt with quickly and efficently. We've had a few anti-social problems with the area (not graingers fault) but they worked with us, the police and local council to reduce this and sorted the issues out quickly. Overall, very positive experience with Grainger and not planning on leaving anytime soon!
