A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Homezone managed the sale of my property. 5 star service from the entire team at Homezone. Every step of the way the team were there to advise, support and ensure the sale progressed well. Tina especially gets to know you and understand your own circumstances. Couldn't have asked for a more personal and friendly service. Everyone was extremely helpful and we always felt they had our best interests at heart. Tina went above and beyond, even sofar as to recommend a local builder to visit the property with me to help advise on potential works before we made an official offer. Would highly recommend popping in, they know the area extremely well and can definitely help you find the right place.

I have to say C&P have been refreshingly excellent with their support since we moved into our new rental. The team (specifically Liga) have been incredible. They are highly responsive to our queries and really professional in both answering and following up afterwards. It's the most professional Agency service I've experienced after 15 years of living in London/Beckenham - I'd highly recommend them.

Joe is a lovely bloke but he tests your patience to levels you wouldn't believe possible. I was unsure of writing a review but, having just been to the post office to pay for post he didn't stamp correctly for me, I feel it necessary to share my experiences. Nothing gets done once you are in your property. When you complain he plays you off against the landlord, with feedback from my landlord suggesting completely different conversations are passed onto him from Joe. Our landlord was made to believe all sorts about us not being available when engineers arrived, when the cold truth was that I made Joe repeatedly aware that I was working during the day and he failed to let the engineers in when he agreed to. If you are a landlord dealing with Joe, don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth. If you are a tenant, get everything in writing and don't lose the will to live. I have experienced heating, water and white goods outages that literally took weeks to fix. Let alone money owed to me that took two months to be paid back. You literally have to threaten non-payment of rent or deduction of costs for taking matters into my own hands before anything gets done. He always "knows a guy" but then there are always problems, never quite comprehending that a tenant without heat or hot water in the winter (for weeks) is a serious issue. He even tried charging me fees upon leaving the property, which I might add was completely illegal. Even then he tries to talk his way out of it and cover his back. Like I said, lovely bloke. However, the most dis-organised person I have ever met. Avoid him like the plague. Your life will be happier and healthier for never dealing with him. One star only because I cannot provide none.

Please think twice about using this company when renting your property. They lack urgency, the contractors that are used for their properties are unreliable and it took the best part of 3 weeks to fix a faulty boiler resulting in us boiling a kettle to take a wash. We also waited a similar amount of time for our washing machine to be fixed, this meant we had to take our clothes to the laundrette which proved difficult with working full time. We also had a fault with our dishwasher which was never rectified. Once we had handed in our notice to leave the property and once we had vacated it still hadn’t been sorted so let’s hope it has been replaced now as promised. We also encountered some problems with rodents which arose from a large hole by our back door. When we viewed the property we were assured by Joe that this would be filled and sorted once we had moved in. Needless to say this was only covered with some wood when we reported a rodent which we had caught in our shop brought rodent traps (after it had chewed through our google home hub cover). These string of events have contributed to us moving out and we were more than patient and polite when reporting these problems- clearly this got us no where. Be warned!
