We have just sold our apartment using Dexters in Shoreditch. We initially had 3 valuations and we chose Dexters, not only were they the most competitive, they were also the most positive when it came to marketing the flat. All throughout we have received excellent communication and service from Dexters. Joel and the whole team have been amazing and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to them for selling the apartment and keeping the sale flow going without any hiccups. Once we received an offer it was smooth sailing.

Dexters did an amazing job of helping us sell our flat at over the asking price. They generated 3 offers within 2 weeks from interested buyers. They were incredibly efficient and very professional. Everyone we met from Dexters were incredible but we dealt with Andrew Nicholas the majority of the time and he was superb. I couldn't recommend Dexters and Andrew highly enough.

Poor fragmented communication with both myself and tenants. No effective follow up on repairs issues or assessment of property prior to reletting. I have moved to local full service estate agency as a result. Was happy as a landlord client of Happy Tenant prior to this for many years, once Howsy took over the property the wheels cane off.

Awful communication throughout my tenancy, exemplified by current radio silence on when I will receive my deposit back. Deductions have been agreed with the landlord but emails are consistently ignored and calls lead nowhere. No explanation offered whatsoever. I would really like my £550 back. Can only assume contempt, utter lack of organisation, or both. Avoid renting through Howsy.

Absolute nonsense agency, took over management of my tenancy from The Happy Tenant group who were much more helpful, professional and competent. This outfit argued with me over arranging a check-out clerk, upset that I wouldn't leave work with no notice to fit in their clerk as he had a job nearby. Lo and behold they didn't even cancel the clerk so poor chap showed up and nobody was there, even he described Howsy as an 'absolute shower' I've moved out of the property in March 2021, just had the Council tax bill for April onwards sent to me, which demonstrates the care and attention Howsy are showing... Nobody in this firm appears to have two braincells to rub together, I am both a landlord and tenant, wouldn't touch this lot if you paid me to.

Great value for money. Staff are keen to put things right when problems occur. Emails can take a little time to be answered, but things work out in the end.

I've been having troubles with this estate agents since I moved in. The agent who presented me the property lied to me that everything it will be fixed by the time I will move in. It took them 2 months to bring the property to the standard we discussed before we sign the contract. Not long after boiler broke down and I had to wait another 3 weeks until they fixed it. Over a month ago I reported a broken down radiator and the thermostat, they send someone to fix the issues, he fixed the radiator and he did not showed up to fix the thermostat. I will not recommend this estate agent to anyone!

Our agent, Shanice-Chanel was very professional and effective. She listened to our requirements and provided us with a list of flats to view. We ended up putting up an offer for a great flat during the first viewing. I would highly recommend using her service.

I am a (surprised) Foxtons convert. My initial thought process: surely if your property is on Rightmove it doesn't matter who the estate agent is? Well, we tested that for 5 months with another of the industry leading agents (who fees were less than half) and had three prospective buyers come through our doors in that entire time. With no progress being made we switched to Foxtons on the advice of our neighbour. We're glad we did. Within a week we had two viewings.. Within 8 weeks we had several more and a full cash offer. I can highly recommend the team for doing their jobs efficiently. Andrew and his team delivered what they said they would in a timely fashion. In particular, Austin, who led the sale was extremely professional and was good at communication throughout the entire sales process which was particularly appreciated. Can't speak highly enough of the Foxtons team! Frieda and Adele in the Shoreditch and Angel teams were absolutely brilliant in helping my girlfriend and I find a bunch of properties that fitted perfectly within our spec, budget and location requirements. They took time over the phone to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for and immediately began putting together a shortlist of properties over email. Once we selected a number of properties from their lists (10-15 in the end!), we met with Frieda in Shoreditch followed by Adele in Angel and they couldn't have been more professional and informative. We had loads of questions and they couldn't have done more to help. Really impressed with the service from Foxtons, would definitely recommend!

Circa London found me the perfect apartment with just two viewings. I think it’s because Ashley Whitbourn listened closely to what I wanted and didn’t take me to places he could see were not right. I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and the fact that he was fully informed on aspects of both properties, even knowing about planning decisions on similar ones. I didn’t sell through him as I lived well outside his area but I have no doubt, seeing the professional way he conducted himself, that he would do a good job on selling as well.

I had a wonderful experience renting a flat from Carina at Circa London, with the service being friendly, efficient and honest. The condition of the furnishings and the flat itself was fully faithful to the one shown in the advertisement, which was an absolutely positive experience compared to some other agencies' practice. This company does things differently, and I think that can often have mixed perceptions in the market. They're innovating, and doing a really great job at it. Once you take the time to understand how their Membership works, you realize that you as the client have all the options, and can opt in or out of what works for you and your needs. I had the pleasure of working with Lizzie & Charlotte in finding and securing my flat. They were both extremely lovely, and responsive. Charlotte worked really hard to find me exactly what I wanted, and Lizzie went above and beyond explaining every little detail. As a tenant for the past month, I've found that working with my property manager Alice has been very smooth. Rentify uses a modern 'Customer Support' style ticketing system, and I've found it fast and efficient. Alice has worked to make sure I'm comfortable in my new home which I really appreciate. If you're considering Rentify, but a little hesitant that they do things differently, remember that's exactly what everyone said about Steve Jobs when he brought Apple into the market! Wes Mohamed was the letting agent who showed us around to various apartments and he was basically with us from the start of our moving journey to the end. Wes was extremely professional and gave us the impression that he knew what he was doing. We gave Wes our specification for an apartment (which were really specific) and Wes did an amazing job to ensure that any of apartments we were viewing in the future met our specification as much as possible. Any questions we had regarding the apartments were answered and anything that Wes did not know he made it clear that he will find the answer and get back to us which he did. This is something that I appreciate as it shows that the agent is honest/transparent, as oppose to other experiences I had where an agent was scared to not know answers to my questions and told me something that was not true. I would work with Savills again in the future and recommend others since this was a great experience for me.

I was hoping to get a viewing for a lovely 1 bed in Nine Elms and all I can say is never heard from Gemma, the Letting Manager. Been told « oh no no the property will be let for sure by the evening as we have viewing from 5:30 to 6:30pm » I tried to arrange a viewing at 2:30pm which she confirmed and then emailed me saying slightly later and then ... not heard from her! Not even an apology. In this current market, all I can say is that this is clearly a poor customer service for tenants looking for a place to rent but also very poor service for the landlord. Although, office is in EC2 and property in SW11 ... probably the reason why she wasn’t bother to travel for viewing ...

Gemma & Georgia truly went above and beyond to ensure I could move into my apt within 3 days of viewing it! They were quick to respond to any message or email, draw up contracts, and negotiate with the landlord. I was able to view the apt, sign the contract, and move all within 3 days, which is tremendous - and all because of their speed and diligence to make it happen. I cannot thank them enough for the speed and quality with which they assisted with the transition. From the moment I called asking for flats in the building, Gemma quickly responded with options and times. They have been the most responsive agency I have ever interacted with and I highly recommend them for those in London. I asked for an unachievable date/time and they made it happen without question.

Fraser & Co have been great, the lettings agent Gemma was super helpful and communicative, showed us loads of flats that weren’t quite right and then found the absolute perfect flat for us. Kennedy Mulcare's service is amazing excellent. Every time when I asked for help, they would reply and help me asap. For example, once we told them our wahsing machine did not work, to our surprise, they even bought a new washing machine at the same day. How soon! They are understanding and considerate. The cleaning company forgot to clean some bits, and we need to re-clean, but we unexpectedly received full deposit returned. I had a great time with them.

I'm a current tenant, and the level of service from these guys by far exceeds any previous letting agent I've used. Any issues are dealt with promptly, and they are really friendly, professional and customer focussed. If I was ever to let out a flat myself, I can't imagine using any other company. I was buying a property through Keatons. Few days before the exchange my solicitor discovered that the vendor has been issued section 20 and if I were to go ahead with the purchase, the cost of almost 90K will be my responsibility! I was pretty shocked, tried contacting the agent at Keatons whom had reassured me that there were not outstanding service charges unpaid and all the costs of existing repair works to the building have been accepted by the current owner. Unfortunately, Keatons’s agent never responded to my emails and telephone calls. When the vendor’s solicitor was confronted by my solicitor about this matter, the vendor claimed that he had already informed Keatons and believed they should have communicated this to me prior to me making an offer! I had to start my search all over again in which I came across Fyfe Mcdade through a property that I found online. From the first instance that I met Tom at the property I felt comfortable. He was clear, honest and knowledgeable. He explained in details everything I needed to know about the building, the apartment and anything he was not sure about, he would later find out and communicate with me. I didn’t feel pushed in making quick decision. He advised me to take my time and was happy to show me the property as many times as I needed. From the beginning, until the completion my experience with every single member of Fyfe Mcdade was amazing. They made me feel comfortable to call them anytime as many times as needed and communicated between the vendor and myself so clearly. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with the team at Fyfe Mcdade specially Tom and Sacha, they made the entire process of buying the flat which I very much love easy and fun. From the moment I expressed my serious interest, they did not show the apartment to anybody else, unlike many other agents which often do. I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and yet extremely informal. I can compare my experience to shopping from a large supermarket or my local organic shop! terrible and unprofessional. a man by the name of greg williams is the director and a conman, doesn't care for health and safety and was very inappropriate while on the phone to a female tenant as well as trying to enter her bedroom at night without permission or notice. stay away.
