I have just moved into a property I bought through Winkworth. It was the third I had made an offer on and I was feeling a bit bruised by the whole experience however, I was most fortunate to have Fara looking after me. She was incredibly responsive and can do. Nothing was too much for her. I really welcomed her calm and warm manner throughout. I found the other people in the office on the few occasions I had to visit equally kind and helpful. I really appreciated the professionalism and the kindness of Ernest Dugbartey, one of your agents. Punctual, courteous, sympathetic... I was looking for a property to rent but I also found a friend.

Avoid this place. Once they sold the property to you, they will not take care of the property. The communication from this company is beyond poorly. It will take a few weeks to fix some maintenance issues.( at the end, I gave up chasing them.) they will avoid your email and phone calls, and will repeat themselves that they are short on staffs or they are on the conferencing meeting. Judging by the waiting time and the amount of email i had to send them, I realized that they were avoiding me. I'm SO glad that my contract is over. By the way, they took ages to give the deposit back, as usual.

Very disappointing service. The agent made us wait for an hour for viewing a property and ultimately didn't turn up. He was not even answering the phone. Later had to call the general line and some other agent arranged for viewing and made us wait more, didn't even like the property. Overall unprofessional and unreliable. Not recommended.

I met with Mrs Ewelina the other day (viewed property on behalf of my father) She was exceptionally pleasant well dressed and knew exactly what I wanted. We saw their board late one evening and went on line to request a viewing. This was replied to the next day by David and we were viewing within 36 hours, with Guy. We offered on the property the next day as did 5 others. The process of increased offers was transparent, with a clear 24-hour deadline. We were lucky enough to be the highest increased offer and David phoned us immediately with the good news. Additional access, to show architect and our two sons, was given easily and promptly. The whole sales-progressing was handled expertly by Kerrs. An additional bonus was the removal of the SOLD board within days of our completion! Unheard of in our experience. We are delighted to highly recommend this privately-run agency. Thank you David and Chris.

Beware! I found Jamie unprofessional, a good example is how he has told brazen lies to deflect blame several times in his reply to this review. I have never had the police called on me in my life, by anybody. I have never had a conflict with any flatmates...I assume he is also lying in the the replies to other bad reviews. I only actually lived here a couple of months, most of the time I was out of the property, but dutifully paying £750 a month to line his pockets. As soon as Jamie gets you on the phone he will do his best to take an hour of your day, using a lot of words to express nothing. I think this is his idea of working but for people with real jobs it is like listening to a squeaky deflating balloon for an hour. Because I was stuck in a contract with my ex I had to pay the rent on his behalf. I understood this and went out of my way to successfully pay the full rent, which I did in full. Jamie had disagreements with my ex and and Jamie made it my responsibility to try to make him behave, despite having escaped my ex and lived for months apart. He would call me at all hours ranting and raving. I didn't want contact with anyone, i was happy to pay and leave it at that. He tried to coax evidence from me so that he might take my ex to court. At the end on my ex's tenancy, Jamie asked me to pay ridiculous and fabricated extra fines for my ex ON TOP of the full rent, and I did, but I asked him to PLEASE stop contacting me or I was gonna lose my patience. He continued to involve me.

Very unprofessional. They will hold you up by saying propose rent is agreed then they will disappear for days and then come back with excuses. Do not trust them

Recently rented a property from Andrews and Stacey, and the whole experience was very pleasant. Dean and Jamie were both very helpful throughout the process and took care of things quickly and efficiently.

I lived at one of their properties for some years and have always had a good experience. Dean and Jaime were so over the top when any issue would arise at the house and they were quick in fixing anything that needed fixing. They also offer the option to protect your deposit and are always complying with the safety regulations -like fire regulations. I do recommend this agency.

Living downstairs to a property they rent. Complained about the noise.They are extremely rude and arrogant and do not care one bit for anyone. All they care about is renting out the properties to anyone willing to pay and no way shape or form care how it effects anyone else. When you raise a complaint they pass on the buck to someone else and have to calling different departments. You need to speak to 7 / 8 people and if your lucky get through to the right person, even so they do nothing. It's all an act for potential clients. Totally unprofessional.....you should see the state the tenants leave the property / communal areas etc. Shambles!!
