From making our first telephone call to enquire about placing our house on the market to the handing over of the keys on completion day they did everything that was possible to ensure the sale was completed in a timely fashion Sharon took a personal interest to ensure we were kept informed of everything that was happening. All this was done during difficult times and her positive outlook and confidence really helped us achieve a realistic price for our property. Amazing service from start to finish.

Excellent estate agents. Sharon Prestwood was really helpful in more ways than one, she kept on top of things and kept us well informed. Even on the day of completion she phoned us a couple of times. First time I've used an estate agent, I had various recommendations from using online agents to high street companies. I was recommended Cousins from a neighbour who had recently used their services. Aron carried out my valuation which was professional and answered my questions. Sharon assisted me further with being a first time vendor, answered all my questions putting my mind at ease with explaining the selling and negotiating process while my house was on the market. We chose Cousins because they were enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and gave us advice and guidance on how best to stage our home. They explained the process to us and offered a fair price which we felt was true value for money. We had spoken with other local agents that were more expensive and who valued our home at much less than Cousins. Cousins achieved a sale price that was far more that the other agent had even suggested we market the property for. My partner rented a flat from them and I occasionally stayed with him so I have witnessed a lot of wrongdoings. These folks have a very bad reputation for a reason. They kept entering my partner's flat with 3party contractors without notice and permission and when they got confronted they bullied and terrorised him. They kept threatening him with eviction. It is a good thing we have recorded material of them entering the flat. They disregarded my partner when he had issues with the noisy and rude neighbours next door and told him to leave if he was not happy. They also opened a lot of letters that were addressed to him and never to the company. They never returned the deposit and their excuse was that the property was in a bad condition. Guess what? When my partner had moved in 2 years ago the walls were damaged and had to clean the whole place himself. My partner had to report them to the council even tho he was pretty scared they would retaliate and create issues. I work for the council and i know laws concerning tentants rights and responsibilities. He has been advised to get in touch with solicitors and the Property Ombudsman. These folks should not be allowed to manage properties. They are rude and nonprofessionals. They love harassing and terrorising tenants when these have every right to complain. My partner is battling cancer now and thankfully we are at early stages. His GP asked him if he had been under stress and if there was any situation causing him fear. Well, we will be having this conversation with the legal guys. Names of those leaving good feedback strangely match names associated with limited companies surprisingly connected to this firm. Dont get fooled.
