After renting for little over 7 years with many different estate agents, Fieldhouse have been by far the best agents I have ever dealt with. We have been renting through Fieldhouse for just over two years and the service has been exceptional. We dealt with Hannah and Ben who always got back to us with any maintenance issues. Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and has both tenant and landlords best interests which is rare with the larger agency's. Georges who runs this place is a joke. He tried calling me almost 2 days after I tried reaching out about a flat (when I already had a different place secured). Said it's "fine" to work like him and waste people's time and that he'll still let out the place above asking price (have been following the market lately)? UPD: stop making a fool of yourself. Your applicants mean nothing in the current market.

I'm a tenant in a flat managed by London Executive. When the toilet started to leak I emailed the to quickly send a plumber. They were quite responsive and the plumber came in one hour to fix the toilet. They also answered my questions via their WhatsApp line. I was very pleased about the swift intervention

We purchased our apartment six years ago through the team at London Executive and they have managed it ever since. The service is personal, bespoke and comprehensive. Our purchase went smoothly and our rentals have been well managed. The team is responsive and have helped us have a generally worry free experience. This is largely due to the owner and manager, who takes the time out to speak to us frequently and provides considerate and professional advice along with the friendly helpful team, from accounts, through to lettings and property management. I've rented with several other agencies in the past, and London Executive has by far been my best experience - particularly given the current circumstances with COVID-19. As a young (previous) student, I have had several extremely unpleasant experiences with rental companies. I was very impressed with the service we received from Dominique, lettings consultant, who was able to find a suitable tenant for us almost immediately after struggling with other letting agents for weeks. We were constantly being asked to lower our asking price as there was apparently no market at our price due to an over supply of stock. This proved not to be the case, and I would thoroughly recommend Dexters to any landlord struggling to find a suitable tenant quickly in the London area.

I have really enjoyed working with Will, Caroline and team to rent out an apartment. They have been very helpful and responsive, and the overall process has been smooth. Will came to the initial valuation well prepared and ultimately achieved the valuation he provided. Amazing Service - After searching long and hard with many of the agents around Fulham/Parsons Green. We really struggled as the return to London boom began, Until we met Rebecca in the lettings department who found us the perfect place which we now call Home. Very rude and straight up discriminated against when enquired about a property which is located on the 2nd floor above my current address. My current is £300 more than the property up for rent. Never have I missed a rents payment or had any issue with my current landlord but due to receiving part UC as I’m a single parent and only working part time. Wasn’t even given a chance to discuss without being told no I wouldn’t be accepted for this property. Disgusting customer service and very unmannered. I have always worked full time until now and have deposit and 2 months rent upfront that I can pay but still I’m deemed not worthy enough for this property!

This is for Sam. Honestly the worst experience I have had with Estate Agents. Super nice until you've signed up with them then you're left on your own completely with all the problems they know about before you moved in. If you ever have to deal with someone called Sam, run! Charged us a fortune when we left for a professional cleaner (which obviously they never used as the flat was a tip when we first moved in) and his reasoning was because of a plug with limescale on it. Yep sure that costs £150 Sam, good on you.

The managing director withheld my holding deposit illegally (625 Pounds) and would only return half, claiming it cost her 312.5 pounds to reference me, I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

My case is very similar to the one described earlier from Mr Greenwood. No problems while living in the apartment, but they requested an unreasonable amount of money from the deposit saying if I don't pay the money asked, the next step would be ADR (alternative dispute resolution) service. Once I said I am ok with that, they suddenly decided to return most of the money from the deposit. We spent more than a month with almost daily communication making circles and it was only after they realised I wasn't scared to proceed with ADR, they decided to return almost all of the deposit.

Stayed in an apartment under management of Walton for over 2 years. No problems at all during the tenancy but when it came time to discuss the deposit return the Management agent was making unreasonable demands and threatening that, if we didn't settle for a (large) amount that more costs would be added. Ultimately almost all the deposit was recovered by the tenants after the dispute services. Walton wasted a lot of our (and their) time with back-and-forth over the same points and did not appear to try and be constructive until it was realised that trying to intimidate us didn't work.
