Buying and selling is definitely the most stressful transaction you will ever encounter.... However Alec made this process easier. Thank you to all the team for being helpful, especially Hayden.

I rang this place last Saturday to book a viewing for today. A lady answered the phone who had loud music blaring in the background and also put me on the speaker phone so it was difficult to hear her, anyway she booked a viewing for me for today at 3.30pm. Following our booking the lady emailed me confirming the time and date of 8th June at 3.30 Pm of the viewing and then also called me back confirming the date and time again because for some reason she got confused. So this afternoon I got to the property around 3.20 pm in sizzling heat, 6 months pregnant on public transport. I waited for a few minutes and then decided to call her. She again answered with blaring music in the background and told me “oh sorry I waited for you at 3 pm at the property and now I’m with another client” I thought to myself how could I have made such a mistake to miss the viewing so whilst she was still on the phone I quickly checked her email that she had sent to me confirming the viewing on my phone which again confirmed the time of 3.30 pm. I told her that you confirmed via email the time of 3.30 but she went on to say “sorry I can’t do it today but I can book for tomorrow” I was too tired and unhappy to arrange anything and just ended the call. Later I got an email from her saying “ We will happily show you tomorrow at 2pm. The agent was already at another viewing and it showed 3.15pm in our diary but the system has been making errors so apologies if that was the case” it absolutely blows my mind how unorganised and chaotic this lady sounded in her emails and on the phone..And also if your system showed 3.15 pm, you couldn’t have waited 5 minutes for me?? I believe the lady’s name is Susan and she needs to understand that first of all people have full time jobs and can’t just reschedule things at the last minute and also please learn to time manage your appointments efficiently. They’ve obviously lost a potential tenant and I’m glad that I won’t have to deal with this estate agent because if this is how it is then imagine how they can be when it comes to dealing with issues related to the house you’re renting from them. Horrible!

We have been clients of Greenfields for over 15 years. In all that time we have found them to be extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Susan has been particularly helpful and has become more like a friend. She helps us as much as she can and we appreciate all that she has done for us. Due to their personal touch, we have not used another estate agent since.

Greenfields have been letting out/managing my flat for the past 8 years, and I have nothing but praise and thanks for the professional service I have consistently received. Susan is an absolute gem, and is always resolving issues with the tennants in a friendly and efficient manner, which makes my life extremely simple! Greenfields let and manage my rental properties. They work hard to ensure that I have always had quality tenants, properly vetted and referenced. I got in touch with PropertyHub Ruislip as I was looking for a place to stay for me and my wife in West London. We were extremely busy and we were very limited in availability and mobility. All staff was very helpful and very welcoming. Saipreshanth Ramakrishnan however walked the extra mile to provide not only relentless support, but also was very flexible with our limited availability. He didn't just try to sell, but was very keen on meeting our needs and expectations. This is what you call a good customer service. I really recommend PropertyHub. Even if I am looking to buy a property in the future, I will surely use PropertyHub as my primary " go-to" place.

Don’t move in with these guys if you don’t want to live in a nanny state. When renting with Bradley and Co, I was subject to regular inspections, despite informing them that I wasn’t a crackhead. At one point, I thought it’d be nice to ‘give back’, and set up a bird feeder in my garden, at which, I was promptly informed that the landlord ‘loved birds’, but that I should take it down with haste. When paying £700 a month for a bedsit, you’d expect more. Would not recommend.

Bradley and co are an amazing small business. The service you receive is very individual and they are always on hand to help through the process. I was particularly impressed by the diligence of care they had during the covid pandemic. Thank you soo much

We would highly recommend using Bradley & Co when looking to buy/sell. Fraser is not your typical estate agent. There’s no hard sell, instead he is honest, transparent and goes above and beyond on your behalf. We were fortunate to use Bradley & Co for both our sale and purchase which made the whole process a lot smoother.
