The small flat we rented in Royal Arsenal was near perfect, as advertised. RAR were relatively accommodating prior to moving in. Seemingly through no fault of his own the initial agent we dealt with was under trained, and the tenancy agreement we signed failed to mention a locked energy contract that would be transferred into our names (something established only when the first bill arrived). Our experience post-tenancy was poor. Human error meant our apartment was double-booked before our tenancy end-date and we vacated early to accommodate. We had to chase to have our deposit returned - though once noticed this was resolved swiftly. One agent promised to arrange rebate of the overpaid rent as this was his error - we struggled to reach them many times following this. After countless emails and multiple phone calls over the course of three months, we managed to connect with somebody to finally resolve the issue. Overall, the team are bad at responding, seemingly poor at managing comms that might overlap between different agents, and convey an image that they only care about the individuals they deal with until they have collected their fees.

I was a tenant at one of their properties and can not recommend them enough. Wonderful staff, always responsive and never have had an issue working with them throughout the tenancy period and check out too.

Great place a town within itself

We rented through Royal Arsenal Residential for six years. Reily, Keith and the rest of the team were always very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Having previously dealt with a nightmare agency, I was probably more difficult to deal interact with, as trust had been broken by my past experiences. I primarily dealt with Reily and Christian and it was refreshing to interact with professional and transparent people. Covid19 would have put additional pressures on their processes during my departure, but this is not something that was noticeable to myself. The flat I rented was clean and accurately advertised, and my minor departure costs were fair and explained. Overall I would fully recommend this agency.

Vanquish were fantastic in helping us find an apartment even during these times. Pleased to have finally been able to find a place with the help of Ben and Michael. Always kept us in the loop and were very patient with us right through to move in. Highly recommend using their services!

Worst estate agent ever. I booked in an appointment to meet the "sales manager" Lynn at a property. (One bed in Princess Alice Way) The lady didn't even show up, didn't contact me and made up excuses. She didn't even apologies for not showing up. If you are a vendor trying to sell your property I would not recommend, they have no interest in finding buyers.

Redwood has managed a property for me for a number of years and they have been really good. Danielle went above and beyond helping sort out an issue due to external factors out of our control and she was persistent, diplomatic and astute in dealing with a variety of stakeholders to get the problem solved. Property was let very quickly with long standing and reputable tenants; Guidance and advise was provided by Andy throughout from start to finish as I was a first time landlord. Highly recommended SJ and especially Andy who is very professional and friendly at the same time.

Pretty awful, we’re still without hot water after a week of reporting it and nothing has been arranged. No-one has responded to the online fault report, had to phone and then email. Popped in to the office and they said someone would be in touch. Outlook property said we need to contact let 365 but failed to include any contact details. The boiler looks dangerous and as not been checked in 5 years. So long as the flat you rent doesn’t have a problem the letting agency are fine as you have no need to deal with them apart from handing over a few grand.

It's taken me a while to write this as I've been busy settling in but this was by far the best experience I have had with a Lettings agency thus far (in my 4 years of living in London). My lettings agent, Alesja, was very responsive and helpful with all my requests, even going the extra mile and squeezing me in for a viewing at my dream property, which already had a lot of demand around it. The moving in process on her part was made super easy and efficient: all my documents were ready for me to pick up, collection of the keys was a breeze and the flat was absolutely spotless when I arrived. Couldn't sing Alesja's praise any more - she is fabulous! I don't intend to relocate anytime soon but if I did, she's the first person I'm calling. As a landlord, I have used this branch for a few years and have been very happy with the lettings service. They take good care of my tenants and make sure that any issues get fixed quickly. I’ve used the services of Foxtons Woolwich branch, formerly London Stone Properties, a few times over the years. I feel they deserve a good mention. Overall they have great local knowledge and have had a long-term commitment to the Royal Arsenal Woolwich area. Sales Negotiator Tiffany Francis was very capable and communicative. The lettings team including Hannah have always in my experience been very efficient and professional. And the property management team including Michelle and Irfan were also well organised, straightforward and prompt in communications, and backed up by good relationships with reliable contractors. It was just really easy to get things done with everyone I interacted with at different times and I would definitely recommend.

We had arranged a viewing with Tiffany, who was extremely helpful, professional and also went out of her way to show us an additional property which she deemed would be what we were looking for as per our requirements. We thoroughly appreciated her expertise and for her going over and above to assist us in our search. Will definitely be going back to Foxtons again.

A lot of businesses and quite a quiet place

My experience with Watershed Property has been excellent. The staff has a professional attitude with an open-minded and charming character. The altitude of communication and support has been exceptional, they seem to be mindful of the tenants they put forward in the property and I was given honest feedback on the progress of finding a tenant in my property, I wish all the other estate agents are like Watershed Property. I am very impressed with the team as a whole and they certainly have made my job much easier as a result of their efficiency, I hope they excel in all they do. I will recommend and also use them again without a doubt.
