We had a very bad experience where agent has half information and that delayed our process when we only had 6 more days to move in where agent promised to finalize the deal but later on making excuses with documentations which he even is not aware of and delaying the process, and at the end because of unknown reason or fault from referencing we were asked to contact them or literally said now nothing can be done. At the end we had to pull out our offer and now struggling to find a place on urgent basis. Not at all cooperative with false commitments. You don't promise if something is not possible and dont delay process by asking for unwanted documentation and half knowledge. We wasted so much time and now left with no property.

DC and Co have been amazing in helping us with the purchase of our family home. they went the extra mile to ensure we completed quickly and made sure there was good communication between us and the seller. Kav and Ross have been amazing and highly recommended. they are straight forward and honest. easy to deal with and made the purchase a pleasure. thank you for your support

The worst letting agency ever to deal with. My partner and I rent their flat 5 Sherbourne House in the matter of urgency for 6 months until I purchase my own place as I had previous house sale failed due to the seller's chain. We did not negotiate the asking price as it was a temporary accommodation and on the check in date their agent who called Monika did not take a proper photos and many dents in the cooker and holes were in the wall that haven not been taken or noticed and we were lucky to take photos on the following day and sent it to Monika who checked me in, on the end of the 6 months period we have cleaned the flat to an excellent condition as exactly we rent it from day one, which they did not like and wanted to deduct £100 from my deposit because there some dust as they mentioned despite the same girl Monika came to check me out and said the flat is almost the same as of the check in date, their manager Robert came with an excuse that Monika never sent to them the photos that we sent on the following day of the check in which is none of my business and it is something internally to deal with the agents they use and just claimed that I did the holes in the wall, dents and cracks in cooker. One of their funny staff wanted to remarketing the flat during the peak of COVID 19 and bring new tenants to check the property no matter what it can cause or risk myself and my partner who was heavily pregnant. We have contacted the Deposit protection scheme to get our money back which they held it assuming that they can take people's money for no reason. I do not recommend them at all and I would give them a rank below ZERO. I have taken my money back because we have the evidence of their lies and I advise anyone to avoid this letting agent. Also when I told him that I am not letting you taking a penny from my money and I will add my review about the worst service from him and his agency he told me this is saying about you not about us, I careless about him or his agency but just wanted to inform the tenants that they might think of using their awful service.

I also have a similar experience. These guys deducted from the deposit for the cleaning even though we gave them a professionally cleaned home. When we rented the property they said, that the check-in and check-out reports will be compared, but it was nothing like that. The inventory lady was trying to find every particle of dust in every corner, and they are not deducting some amount from our deposit saying that it wasn't clean. But the truth is, it was in a much better condition than what we had received.

They seem to be good at pushing customers away rather than to work with them in order to enhance their business. They aren’t on the side of the customers but rather, on the side of the landlords.

Completely agree with the comments from A M. We felt they cared more about the owner of the property than the people they rented the properties to. Our story, when we moved in, it was a brand new build and the lady who did an inventory check of the property didn't care that the builders left a mess, dust was everywhere and there were marks here and there. When we moved out, it was different story. She paid so much attention to every corner of the flat, like a detective but without the magnifying glass. She came up with a huge list of issues, mostly wear and tear or things we pointed out when we moved in. Trying to reason with the Real Estate company about our original inventory check and the issues we raised shortly after we moved in VS the checkout inventory was difficult to the point we had to give in and give them part of our bond. This place is run just like a business, with no care for their tenants who are also their customers.

Rogue letting agent, do not trust this person, you will end up spending thousands to restore your property as he allows sub-letting and does not collect the rent!!

Worst agent who let the tenants ruin my property. Do not trust them as they turn a blind eye to multiple occupancy. No rent was retrieved. Was possible experience. Gave consent to tenants without my approval. Give a wide berth in securing this agency. They show no respect to Landlords wishes. If a score less than 1 star or worse, they deserve.
