Jessica is fantastic, she can arrange and deal with everything and made the process so easy, not to mention that the property was let in a few days and for more than expected. I have made enquiries to other agents as well, but she responded the quickest and provided detailed information and breakdown of the costs involved. I didn't expect this to go so smoothly, with a minimal involvement from my side. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Called to book a viewing, someone called Ellie took the call, took all my details and said will call back same day to confirm booking. Never got a call back. Reading other reviews seems to be a pattern happening with people of ethnic and Muslim background. Your ethnic name is enough to get blacklisted it seems.

I did not use this company directly however I was in a chain which involved this agent. The chain collapsed and this agent consistently was misleading and untruthful about what was going on. It almost lost me my ongoing purchase. In the end I felt it best to leave the chain completely and re-market my property.

We used Balgores for the purchase of our new property. We had many challenges along the way and they really held the whole chain together. From the start of our property search to moving in the service was excellent. Arranged a viewing at Elmore Close for 2:50pm on 15th May. Arrived on time, but had to wait half hour before I was even spoken to. Then I was told I can’t view e property as the agent had no time, but he allowed a couple who arrived after me to view the property. I was categorically told strictly two people allowed due to COVID regulations, so I arranged for my kids to stay round my mums who is is not very well. However, whilst I was waiting with my wife, there was a viewing for four adults and one child altogether as one viewing, then another two adults with two children viewed the property together. So unprofessional, unorganised, no courtesy and most of all breaching COVID regulations. Will never use these cowboys. My review following on from your response. I can not breach GDPR law, I’m an individual, GDPR applies to DPOs (Data Protection Officers) and business that handle personal data on a day-to-day basis, such as an estate agent like yourselves. So before you throw the rule book at me maybe you should read up on GDPR yourself and understand who this law is there to protect, and most of all, check if you’re compliant!! If I were selling my property and my agent allowed 5 people in at one time to view my house breaching COVID regulation I would want to know for the health and safety reasons for myself, my family and any other residents it could impact. I feel inclined to send an old fashioned letter to the residents of this property explaining first hand how this estate agent is handling the sale of this property.

Jamie, Jacob and Olga were professional and always available when needed. They took away the stress of viewings and kept us updated. Awful company, unfortunately fell behind on rent after making around 25 payments on date advance Glenisters then proceeded to give my landlord my email and mobile number so I could get harassed late at night and early mornings, not everyone in this company is bad after speaking to “Ellie” when my regular contact was away on holiday she agreed this was harassment and tried her best to stop this. Even though I handed in my notice I still to the day of moving received childish emails from mike with out no response to my previous email Awful landlord experience

As a landlord we used Glenisters as agents. They provided an excellent service. Professional and responsive at all times. When it came to selling our property they liaised with our selling agent with the same professionalism. Couldn’t fault them. Would highly recommend as a agent for landlords. Advance Glenisters rented out my house in 2017 at a time when the market was quiet , not only did they find me a tenant quickly but nearly two years on the tenant has always paid on time and the rent transferred to me straight away. Advance Glenisters carry out regular inspections on the property and send me the report with photographs of any items that need repair/attention and this gives me peace of mind. Would highly recommend this professional agent.

We were using HML as a management company luckily we were able to change, we had surplus funds in our account that went missing our service charge doubled in one year because their own company contractors quoted £70,000 to resurface a car park, Heidi was arrogant and impersonal. Strongly would recommend to run a mile if they are going to be your management company.

Unprofessional, not responsive & slow, whilst increasing fees and not carrying out services. They don't care and simply want all the money they can get. They were put in place by our developer, but we are switching agents not a moment too soon. Avoid. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Completely unprofessional and what now feels victimising company. Not only do you pay the yearly charges they also want to charge you to access the items you already pay for. They are very clear do demand and state what’s their demise and what’s mine, yet when something within their demise needs repairing they argue and argue! For 18months I was left in damp and danger to to health living conditions due to damage to the exterior wall outside my bedroom window( their demise) yet they constantly argued and even wanted me to pay to repair !!! Absolute joke! Now they have implemented permitted car parking, which no one knew about and also isn’t in my lease agreement and further more they have hired a dodgy horribly reviewed company who try to extort money from innocent people and doesn’t even pay their staff. This supposed legit parking firm goes round and issues unfairly issued a parking charge notice and even has the cheek to sop tickets next to permits! HML now doesn’t want to know nor will discuss the situation despite cancelling other residents tickets and to what seems purposely refusing to cancel mine! Again victimising!!! May I add mine and my neighbours tickets were issued on same date and same time and vehicles were parked side by side both with displayed permits! Which coming to our lease agreement and deeds we shouldn’t even need to do! And when I’m told that HML are in charge of ticketing and parking rules they deny this and refuse to help. This management company is a joke! They make rules up as they go and have even insinuated that we must inform themselves or parking company if a visitor wishes to stay more than 4 hours!! Talke about breach of privacy!!!! HML has caused months of stress and anxiety and now with this u fair PCN which can be cables further stress! HML will always want more money despite every resident paying £900 a year for them to carry out the building management!! For example the residents pay for CCTV of the grounds yet if we wish to request footage as evidence they want to charge a further £96 to access this !!! Disgraceful !!! This company is unhelpful and just out to take money and doesn’t want to help or carry out any of their duties probably to keep money in the pot for their yearly bonus!!!!

So far - not so good. Rarely receive a response to our queries; difficult to get any answers about anything. Not too good at accounting either, but perhaps it's early days yet. August 2020: service seems to be improving, with responses from our estate manager much quicker.

I'm personally very happy with my experience so far with HML, professional with my issues and personal with my care, I've experienced bad agents in the past and these are by far favourite lettings team! No faults so far with my private letting and would highly recommend!
