3 letting agents in Rise Park

I had the displeasure of renting from Accord lettings. They didn't want to return my deposit, kept finding silly reasons to deduct money. When it comes to repairs, they are so slow its shameful and they will only do temporary fixes. There was an old boiler in my flat, it was about 60yrs old, totally useless and I went a whole month without hot water. I kept having these stupid inspections every 3 months, then it was 6 months. They stop inspecting when they see there where repairs that needed to be done on the flat. Wish I could rate them 0 stars.

I cannot praise Paul & Brandon highly enough. They are professional and go above and beyond to provide a superb service. We had numerous viewings and several offers, and they were always on hand to offer help and guidance.

I was recommended to Accord as the best around and they didn’t fail to impress. The viewers had been falling and slow with another estate agent so needed a bit of a kick start. From the initial contact and set up with Paul, within a week he had people streaming through the door and a sale! Brandon conducted the viewings for us and all the many communications were dealt with by the team from start to completion, with proficiency. The service was professional, friendly and pro active. Unprofessional, poor and slow service. They fail to keep to their word and give people false information.

Absolutely shocking service! I’ve spoken to Steve on Tuesday 20th around 4pm and he said the landlord is happy with our offer and he will send the details by email then we can pay our deposit. I received the email at 21:22 saying we need to pay for one week deposit within 24 hours. On 21st morning around 11:50 when I called him to let him know we have done it he just told me they let 3 other people view the house and they put a deposit. When the landlord asks about us he doesn’t even bother to contact us and see what’s going on. Very unprofessional and very rude people! Stay away from this business for your own good.

Absolutely poor service on the phone very rude and unprofessional. Will not reccomend at all.
