Tim Cooper was a pleasure to deal with, as were his colleagues, and they were always swift and highly professional in getting anything done, including smoothly working with us on a somewhat (tricky) situation with our move-out date. Very impressed.

We rented a house from The Corporate Letting Company and can confirm their excellent reviews. They were attentive, and professional throughout the early stages and made sure all our requests were answered and actioned quickly (repainting, de-fumigation, etc) . We had some issues with curtain rails half way through our rental which they sorted in a very timely manner. When we left they worked around our timings and made sure the our deposit was returned within an hour of the inventory being validated. I can't recommend them enough - they have earned their fantastic reviews.

Rented from them in 2016-2017, they left me with a hole in my wall and no heating for more than a week in mid December. Never responded to any enquiries to fix things unless we phoned constantly and locked me out my own flat after a viewing so I had to break in. Also when I moved into the flat it was full of the old tenants stuff, there were needles in the garden and they charged me for cleaning when I left it cleaner than it was when I moved in.

I have been with Swift for years as a landlord. They are always pleasant and I have never had any complaints. Recently had to provide a response to something within a very short time frame and they were able to do all this and keep me updated the whole time. Really great service and communication. Would recommend as a landlord.
