6 letting agents in Redbridge

Called last week about viewing of 2 bed flat they advertised on Hanley Road and told viewing booked for Saturday but no confirmation and call. Then this week again called and they promised that someone surely call ASAP.. OMG this is kinda joke? No one come back to me a.. Will never do any business with your agency.. Highly disappointed

Do not let your property with these agent. They do not have a basic standard, they do not follow tenancy or human rights act myself and my son rent a property from them we have no central heating upstairs, and damp throughout property. I am currently taking legal action against them as they refuse to carry out maintenance work until they earn enough money. I will do a further review after court proceedings to reflect there actions.

Continuously happy throughout the years with their service as our letting agents. Extremely professional and handle many of the problems that may occur with letting a property in terms of maintenance or regular issues. Prices are very reasonable for work done by their contractors if needed and their rates for the service they offer is more than competitive. Don't judge me on this review alone, go shop for a local agent yourself and you'll be shocked what other competitors charge!!!.

I recently sold my apartment through Sandra Davidson (Redbridge branch). From the point of first contact, they provided an excellent service. Thank you to Muntazir and Lesley, they are true professionals and provided a high standard of service throughout. A special thank you to Lesley for her proactive approach, she really helped make the sale as smooth as possible through her contact with the parties involved. I would highly recommend.

Agent Mr. Parvez Patel is Fraudster and very irresponsible individual. For the property I rented out in Gants hill after the tenancy completed I had to chase up for almost 2 months to get my security deposit back. First of all the advance was not put in TDS. secondly unnecessary charges were deducted on the advance like paint and stuff even though the house was not painted when originally taken possession. Also charged extra amount for cleaning even after I did with a certified professional cleaners. Parking charge was paid as part of the rent but even after following up for so many times never provided us with the parking gate hob. No matter how many times you call it goes to unreachable and he calls only he when wants to. For most of these happenings are not communicated to the owner. Even after roping in the owner he still responds saying will get back and starts acting the same way. Note: Check the previous 5 stars and they are all from Parvez and his friends I guess. Real tenants serviced by him would never give him a 5/4/3 star. Be aware of this guy.

They are fraud bunch of jokers. Don’t return security amount and make fool of landlords as well by renting parkings separately and keeping money themselves. Try different tactics of asking money from tenants as well during tenancy.

The staff are professional and good value for money.

Demonstration of property knowledge was excellent, and good communication through out. Overall the experience was very easy and would high recommend Arvinder.
