They're a local family run business so you don't get the typical corporate agent types, which is so refreshing in London. I contacted for the first time Hawk and Eagle and I was surprised to see how quickly Ridhwan got back to me. He was very professional and trying to satisfy best my needs. He was very responsive to my questions and I didn’t have to wait hours for him to get back to me every time I contacted him. Also, he tried to show me the best properties they had and which were fitting my requirements. I’m glad to say they have a range of choices and you can definitely find your home through them. I've rented a few times in the past with different agencies and Hawk & Eagle (especially Ridhwan) have been nothing but excellent. He has been responsive to any questions I have and very proactive with updates on the property I want to rent. I shifted to London for my job and was looking for a house to rent. Seeking a house on rent during pandemic was a tricky experience. We approached mark for one of the property we shortlisted near westferry. We immediately liked the flat and gave our confirmation for the same. Mark was very helpful. Supposed to be a 'local business' but have no regard for people that live in the area, they park their big cars on the corner of one of the busiest roads in London, on a double red/yellow line. This causes a obstruction and makes it difficult to go into Brodlove Lane without hitting the car. The disregard for residents is selfish and inconsiderate not to mention dangerous and hazardous They have been told by TfL numerous times not to park here but they ignore this, so have little respect for residents and authorities it seems

A very knowledgeable professional team. These guys are the masters of their trade. They have sound knowledge of the local area and will go out their way to support with finding the right accommodation for you. We where even taken on a tour of the area in order to get our bearings. Once in the property the support continues. Our boiler broke down the second night in our new home and within an hour of reporting they had an engine out to us. They even came with electric heaters incase we where cold whilst awaiting the repair. Can not recommend Docklands estates enough.

My experience with silver rooms is been nothing but absolutely terrible... they rushed me to take the room and once the money is paid they were absolutely disgusting , there were no lights at the room of water flow at the private bathroom for over 13 DAYS and they did not fixed it, they disrespected me in person and threatened me with ruining my credit score just because i had to leave the uk before the contract was finished, even tho I had an agreement with one of their representatives and they were informed of my leave and they were also, supposed to give me back my deposit which i havent seen yet. They are trying to make me pay for an empty room now and still havent seen a pound OF my deposit. They are stealing from me and many more people, In the flat I used to live my flatmate left because they told him a different price when he arrived to London from Italy. They dont have manners or ethics and this is full of fake reviews because one month ago they had 2 stars here. They are out of the legality for not giving deposits back to their clients as you can see if you have a look to the other bad {real} reviews , and most important they are disrespectful and dodgy people who wants to take money from everyone, they act in bad faith, thats all I can say about them. They also have harassed me in so many ways [ shouting, even swearing ,coming unannounced to the property] Im 21 and talking to the different people that I met at the flat they do this with everyone, they target young people who they think they can take advantage of, using threats and bad manners . Do not even consider them an option.

Moved in September 2020, and had nothing but problems. * They moved someone into our room whilst we were still paying.
