We purchased our property through Stuart at Ivy Gate recently and needed the process to be quick to get in before the end of the stamp duty holiday (before we knew it would get extended). We couldn't have asked for better service from Stuart. He was quick, responsive and helpful. We benefited from being in no onward chain but the whole process from offer to completion took only 10 weeks and this likely could've been a week or so sooner had it not been for our rental contract having to end on a certain date. Highly recommend.

Jack and his team offer a class-leading service that is hard to come by in this industry. My parents signed a tenancy with them at the start of the pandemic and my dad fell ill part-way through, I had to provide extra support for them and Ivy Gate were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kind and supportive, they made sure my parents were as comfortable as possible and oftentimes went above and beyond their duty to alleviate some of my pressures. I can't wait to be able to use them again in the future. Human compassion in an estate agent, who knew it was possible?

I marketed my property with another agent for 5 months with no valid offer. I sold via my first viewing with Ivy Gate. Stuart (director) was a tower of strength through some difficult stages of my sale and thankfully we got there in the end! My family and I rented through Ivy gate for 2 years up until October last year and they were the best estate agents that we have dealt with by a mile. Jack and Matt were always extremely helpful and friendly, we never had to worry about any problems big or small. They have a really good team of tradesmen on hand, all very trustworthy and reliable. We were very sad to leave but so very grateful that Jack and his colleagues helped make our moving house less stressful by sorting everything out quickly.

We put our flat on the market with Andrews and found their service to be excellent from the off. Duane was quick to respond to any questions and always provided a great service. Selling a flat during a pandemic is very strange, but Andrews staff kept within all rules and we felt very comfortable allowing them and prospective buyers into our home. Although we ended up selling via another agent, due to various circumstances, I would still highly recommend Andrews for their professionalism and value.

As a first-time buyer, I am very happy with the way Andrews handled my case. All of the costs, policies and jargon were explained to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The estate agents were understanding of my busy work schedule and shift patterns, and helped follow up with all the parties involved to speed up the process. I want to particularly highlight how well the process was adapted for the COVID-19 pandemic, as most of the contact, meetings and paperwork were done remotely online or by phone. Similarly, the Andrews mortgage adviser service was helpful and tailored to my needs, offering quality advice and explaining all the options available so I could choose a mortgage that works for me.

This was my first time in a while using an estate agent in Edgware and me and my other half were looking for a new build 2 bedroom property which Paresh helpfully organised for us and now we are enjoying a smart home located not too far from Burnt Oak Broadway which we have settled in well....so from our experience we recommend this estate agent for a speedy and informed local service!!!

I am writing this review because the service I received from Ashley Martin & Co when selling my house was excellent. I have dealt with a couple of bad estate agents in my time and usually dread having to deal with them when it comes to selling my property and moving house, but Martin and his team were friendly and professional through out the process. What a character Martin is! Very grateful for their work.
