Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Sarah @ the Queen’s Park office was exceptional from start to finish during our purchase. Ensured we exchanged on a v tight timeline, kept communication strong throughout, had numerous useful contacts (legal, mortgage. Etc) and was incredible professional and proactive. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Soroush, Ryan and team working with us to sell our house in Queens Park. They were true partners throughout the whole process. Always responsive, empathetic and working towards a solution that was right for us, rather than just a transaction. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We spotted our dream home on Knight Frank's website and moved quickly to purchase the property. Throughout the process Marc Collier and his team were supportive, quick to respond and eager to help. Buying a new home always comes with a degree of anxiety and stress. When you have Knight Frank by your side, however, you know you're in good hands. I would highly recommend using Knight Frank as your estate agent.

Knight Frank, and Ryan in particular, were fantastic in helping us sell our home in a difficult time. He was professional, approachable and I'd recommend them to anyone. With lots of new and financially appealing options of selling properties online it was certainly tempting to try but on reflection there was absolutely no way we would've sold our flat without the help of an experienced and dedicated estate agent like Ryan. Thank you Knight Frank!

I would like to convey my thanks to Marc Collier who has recently sold my flat. From the very start he was professional, gave excellent advise and took the strain out of the whole process. He kept me informed every step of the way and went overboard to ensure everything was in place ready for completion, liaising with solicitor and buyers. He responded to emails and telephone calls promptly - a first class service, thank you Marc

I had the pleasure of buying a house through Camerons Stiff & Co. They were extremely professional, helpful and very responsive. I dealt with Hussain who was amazing from the time I made the offer until the end. They seems to have a very good relationship with both the buyer and seller which helped a lot in the communication. I finally received the keys yesterday and I am a very happy customer! Nabeel

Our estate agent Hussein Madarbakus was very responsive and attentive throughout our house-buying process. As first-time buyers it really made the convoluted process simple. Hussein was there to hold our hands throughout.

Outstanding service from Camerons in managing our flat sale. From start to finish, marketing the property, viewings, managing offers and all the work to exchange and completion - the service was excellent and professional. Jignesh in particular, our sales progressor, was fantastic. He was proactive, great at keeping us updated, gave effective tips to help overcome problems along the way and was always calm despite a very complicated and tricky chain which was very stressful. Agents fees sometimes seem high - Camerons has earned every single penny and more on our sale!

We completed on the house late November ‘20, so the purchase, and the search before it, was conducted at the height of the pandemic, but the team, particularly Hussein, were just brilliant throughout. Knowledgable, professional, safe and very understanding and responsive to our particular needs. So many agents we met looked like they were listening, although clearly they were not, as we’d turn up at a place (which needed to accommodate my elderly, disabled mum) only to discover it had none of the minimum requirements we’d requested and they were clearly trying to shift anything on their books. However, Camerons Stiff, and our individual agent, Hussein, just seemed to get it and didn’t waste anyone’s time and quickly identified a handful of properties in our chosen area to fit our brief and we were able to target our search and move through the gears rapidly after we put in an offer. We were in within ten weeks and this was, in no small part, down to Hussein being able to negotiate quickly and efficiently in order to complete the sale before the end of the year. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for many years as we love the house, but if we had to, then we’d happily use this agency again. Meantime, we can only thoroughly recommend Hussein and the wider team. Cheers.

I can't thank enough Hussein & entire team for their excellent care, pro-client approach and rapid response time. I've dealt with numerous property agencies before, esp. in the area of North London, and often their aggressive sales techniques and lack of genuine interest to me as a customer put me off. Camerons Stiff&Co is a great alternative for them. It's been a pleasure working with Hussein thanks to strong communication, no delays and smooth execution of the deal. If my main contact was not available, his colleagues took immediately over and prioritize my questions, making this effortless to me. 100% recommended, you will be in a good hands!

Negotiate an early break clause!! We just had a horrible experience renting a property through Marsh and Parsons Queens Park. Everything breaking down all the time. For 8 months, every two weeks an issue. One of the rooms has humidity coming through the walls and can’t be used in winter. The other has improper sealing for the fireplace resulting in a draft coming in. We had 4 leaks in our time here due to improper sealing of the bathroom floors. Very painful landlord who refuses to fix things to high standard and takes ages to act. The house has been rented back to back for 10y, with no proper refurb. Hence, we found it incredible that M&P put it back in the market without warning the next tenants, despite all our feedback. We feel sorry for whoever got caught in this trap again. For £5,000 per month. Clearly the clients aren’t your priority.

In a hard market, where there are few properties coming onto the market and hesitant buyers, you would do well not to get excited by the properties listed on their website. As some are being left up there even though they are no longer available... This is a common theme and really very frustrating for those looking to get viewings in the little spare time they have outside of work.

If you are wanting to buy a house in Queen's Park use Robyn Carr from Marsh and Parsons! Hugely efficient and lovely too.

I would like to thank Richard Elliott who made the process of buying my first home easy and stress free ! I had heard horrible stories about estate agents and I can say that I would recommend Richard to everyone as he is a genuine guy who really wants to help you to find your dream home. He is patient, flexible and would listen to you. I am a happy client with a lovely new flat :)

We went on several flat viewings with Richard, and had a very positive experience. He was friendly, helpful, and excellent at guiding us through the process. He understood our needs and preferences, never making us feel pressured to buy a place that wasn't perfect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

If there was a minus star, I would choose minus 10...!! Worst service ever! Ade is such a rude person. We have owned our flat in Queens park since 2007, and now looking for a new tenant and he is so unprofessional and was so rude to our current tenant. We as the owners even called him and he said he doesn't want our business. It's a beautiful ground floor flat with a garden in Queens Park, so MASSIVE loss to him. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!

If I had to advice anyone regarding this agency, it would be to avoid them at all cost! Had a contract with them for almost two years and I have never seen such an unprofessionalism. If you need any problem to be taken care of in the house, be ready to have your patience used till you won't have anymore. We spent two month during winter to get a whole in the window fixed, we never had our flat door fixed we were living on the ground floor and it wouldn't lock properly and could just be open with a kick in it) although we asked them to take care of it since the beginning of our contract. We had a leak in the roof that never got fixed and I could go on about how the kitchen floor was crooked with a whole in it leading strait to dirt, which led to slugs, spiders, and ants invasions and so on... Unless you chase them and give them a call everyday to remind them to do their job they will try to get away with anything. They will also try to raise your rent after a year for £400 more because "the flat is in a good area", but they won't make the slightest improvement to it. They will keep your whole deposit or delay giving it back taking advantage of situations and never taking responsibility for what they are responsible for. This people are untrustworthy and unless you want to spend your time and money I would suggest going to them.

helpful and attentive staff; quick to respond to any issues in the flat, e.g. boiler, broken washing machine. Have stayed in a flat managed by QPRE for a year, and happy to extend the tenancy for another one

Very professional, efficient and reliable agent. Our references were competed in no time and each question answered in a timely manner. We look forward to our move and we believe we will carry on such a great terms with this agency for years to come. Thank you Queens Park Real Estate for your support and for doing such a sterling job. Wish all estate agents were just like you.
