6 letting agents in Purley

On recommendation from someone we decided to use their service to rent our flat. Worst communication from the Manager Julie. Even though I confirmed with them a month ago there was no advertisement of our flat nor they shared the details with other branches. I tried to ring their number but either no reply or someone will take a message but again no call back. I do not recommend Purley branch due to poor service.

The best service I've received from an estate agent. Ivo was super helpful. He made sure the process was smooth and he was super helpful with all my concerns.

Ivo and Julie from Purley office are very good communicators and get the job done. Always deliver above our expectations. Great value for money, very professional and always keep me updated.

I found Bairstow Eves incredibly professional but also very approachable. They answered all our questions and advised our family without putting pressure on to take that advice. They advertised the property we were selling online and in the shop. The service was fast and efficient without feeling rushed. I would recommend this estate agents to family and friends.

I do not normally write reviews but I thought I had to in this case. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the staff. They always came back to me quickly with an answer to my queries and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even came out in the snow to hand over the keys-not many estate agents would do that for the buyer.

Absolutely horrible to deal with! Almost everyone at this estate agency needs training on how to deal with the general public. No manners, no etiquette, no professionalism. THE WORST estate agency by far! Stay far away from people like them. It’s embarrassing how bad they are, especially a woman named CHERELLE MUSCHETTE. She is the most snarky, rude and arrogant woman I’ve ever dealt with. Acts as if she owns streets ahead and doesn’t want to listen to anyone but herself, she seems to be under the impression that only she knows what’s right and it’s just disgusting 🤮. No ratings for this place, if I could I’d even take the 1 star back.

Where to begin! If your looking to rent out or sell your property you will be fine but if you want to rent forget it I waited over 7 months for my toilet to be fixed it still wasn't done by the time I left the property leaving me with a 175 pound water bill because the toilet was constantly running and other repairs where not dealt with either no gas safety certificate at all in the 2 years I was there my agent is totally non responsive im trying to get my deposit back she asked me for my bank details twice I gave them to her twice ive sent 3 emails since to find out what's going on but still no communication at all so no i would not recommend for tenants!! If anyone bothers to get in touch with me can it be a proper manager thanks

Thanks so much to Andrews in Purley. They have been fantastic from start to finish from my very first conversion with Brian. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and ensured everything went through at pace but with care. We completed on our first home within 10 weeks and we couldn’t be happier. Especially with Covid-19 going on too! This was our first home and we didn’t know the process or what really to expect but Brian talked us through every step. Communication throughout was faultless and if Brian was out on appointments we would speak with other members of the team who were all fantastic as well. I didn’t have one bad experience. I didn’t have to chase anyone up once, they all came back to me straight away and majority of the time were calling me directly to check in on how things were! The team were polite, happy, friendly and a joy to deal with. Thanks to Jill as well for all her help, she was so great and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the processes. Made an asking price offer for a property and was asked to provide relevant details pertaining to the offer, which I did. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not had any contact since providing the requested information. Absolutely shocking service!

Excellent! My most pleasant interaction with an estate agency so far. I've had a lot of bad experiences with different estate agencies in the past but this one was great. Seamless, pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend.
