Wexandco behaviour is no way close to the customer service, trading laws and ethics of the UK standard level. Micheal Wexler -the director as we were told- unlawfully retained our holding deposit only after 3 working hours (from 4:30pm on 6th March to 10:30am 7th March). Instead of taking only 1 week, they told us to pay 1 month worth of rent, to hold the flat for us, telling us nothing about its terms and conditions providing no receipt. We changed our mind, and he refused to return the money and never sent us a written explanation that is mandatory by Tenancy Act June2019. When we raised the issue with related authorities, they started to tell contradictory stories: Wexandco said we were completely aware of the terms and provided no evidence for that. Then they said that this money was half as a holding deposit and half as a tenancy deposit... And so on... An update: Wex&Co had to return our money after a few months of procrastination. The Property Redress Scheme threatened Wex&Co with legal actions if they refuse paying us back. So they paid our money back with a letter of apology.

I rarely leave feedback, or give someone positive reviews but in 3 years with this agent, I found them to be impeccable. Lak was always helpful and patient with us, kind when things got tough during the pandemic, and just a pleasure to have dealt with. I have left and moved to Sutton now but I just wanted to say a big thank you.

Very Unprofessional company, I have been developing properties for a very long time and went view one with Azim from the Wembley who was very disinterested in showing me the property because I asked upon arrival if I could take a few measurements to cross check the the sqm of the house, the branch had advertised on Rightmove, its not that I don't trust their measurements but more so the fact I am going to be spending half a million pound on a property. So I complained to a gentleman who's name I don't remember said its not their policy to not allow a client to take measurements of a property and he said he will get back. Azim called me a hour later and said he don't not make any promises beforehand (basically justifying his actions to his supervisor who I could hear in the back). After he said bit, I asked if i could still possibly view the property and take measurements, he just said no and shut the phone on me. I know review is long but I am so disgusted by the way I was treated by Azim and the management at this branch that I want share this with potential clients

Wow I would highly recommend this estate agent. I have recently purchased a property through them, I have received outstanding service from them. As the processed took so long as I was selling the my property and same time buying the property from them. Nearly whole processed took 6 months to get the key. But during this long time I never ever had any issued from them. Our chain was big which look like impossible at one point but thanks to Ian Maher. He was the only one, was so positive and confident that we will make it happen. At one point I lost the buyer of my property but still he kept all the chain together and make it happen. Even on his day off Thursday, he still call me and update about the progress of whole chain. I can proudly say that i am really glade and proud that I have chosen Bryan Maher & Co. I don't know about the negative reviews but I got everything I want from an agency, especially from Azim. He managed to handle my emails so well that we got our flat without a single phone call. We got to see the flat the next day after we confirmed to Azim the landlord requirements. He managed to get the starting date when we wanted and also helped us with references and everything that my partner was having some issues with, everything through emails with quick responses from him and professional support. Had a house viewing with this agent today, for a property just down the road. The agent showed up 15 minutes late with no apology to the people waiting. Even worse, 4+ appointments were booked at the same time slot during a COVID-19 pandemic so everyone shows up at the same time. Difficult to social distance with many people in the house or waiting to come in. Appointment felt rushed and we didn't have time to view the property properly. We also weren't able to ask as many questions as we hoped as only one agent was there, dealing with the 4 families that arrived at the same time.

Despite the Corona pandemic and lock down, Christopher Rawlinson team managed to sell my property without any hassle. The process from start to finish was trouble free and very professional. Rawlinson not only reliable and trustworthy but also savvy with the Wembley area and has a long experience. They are also and always up to date with the property regulations and market dynamics. As an overseas client, I had a great value for money. In essence I had pointed and timely correspondence achieving speedy sale despite a few challenges on my part. Not only I used them before but will rely on them in future.
