Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

During our recent house search, Eric from Savills has been very helpful, professional and accommodating. He kept us well informed and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient and went over and above to answer all our questions and get us all the details we needed at every step. I'd have no hesitation to recommend Eric and Savills if you're thinking of buying a home.

We are really happy with Eric. He found a buyer for our flat within 2 weeks of listing with Savills and followed through to completion professionally. This was after we had listed with another agent for 4 months during which the sale fell through twice. Market conditions were not favourable at the time of listing with Savills, however Eric was confident he would find us a buyer and he delivered. The sale price was very close to our asking price too which we were very happy about. We would certainly recommend Savills and Eric.

Thank you Stephanie Dang for helping my oversea friend to sell her property so quickly during this unprecedented difficult time. She was friendly, very helpful and contactable 24/7. Her professionalism and speedy response are second to none. A valuable asset of Savills.

We recently worked with Savills (& their excellent representatives Ms. Dang & Mr. Butler) to purchase a flat. They were extraordinarily helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to do the absolute best they could for us. Keep in mind that we were the buyers! It's easy for an estate agent to be on the side of the sellers -- it's where their interests are aligned of course -- but true professionals understand that both parties need to be coordinated for a successful sale. Stephanie & Ben were involved helpfully every step of the way, and our journey to home ownership would likely have been very different if not for their sustained efforts. We recommend Savills highly!

We're glad to have contacted the professionals at Savills for insight into London property market. Being a first-time buyers, we had many questions all of which were answered in depth by Eric Cheung. He appeared to be a smart and honest gentleman who provided us with valuable advice. Eric considered all of our many requirements and was quick to deliver a range of great options. Very impressed with his knowledge of the market. Great service! 10/10 Will recommend to friends and family.

AVOID THIS AGENCY. I rented out my property through these guys and regretted it. 1. All the directors are clueless of property management. 2. Staff turnover is high, always someone dif over the phone every month. 3. Look at their bloody rightmove ads, rooms being advertised from 2019! Its a joke aha 4. Fix up guys or close your doors!

I have been a tenant with this company for nearly a year. Honestly wish I never became one. They never respond to any emails. They give keys out to the property without informing you properly. I had 2 electricians walk into my room whilst I was changing (as they had their own keys). I got accused of lying by the company's receptionist as they 'have used these electricians for 15 years', then after I said my housemates witnessed it, I was told this encounter with the receptionist didn't happen and that I must be aware that because my room is on the bottom floor, I must somehow expect people to assume this is the kitchen (there's a sign on the door, so this is rubbish) and let themselves in. I was also told that multiple issues would be fixed by the company, and they have not been for nearly a year! They blame this on COVID but all workmen are allowed to work, so this doesn't make sense to me. They are the worst letting agency. The agent that constantly picks and chooses which emails to respond to is Nabil. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely unpleasant and rude experience. They take your deposit and add unnecessary charges when returning back. The maintenance team responds to queries weeks later. One of the representative i wouldn't like to name wouldn't let me speak and said I don't care if you are a Doctor or a solicitor you have to listen to us first. Better to be homeless than to rent with these thieves. They wanted to add more charges to my deposit after 23 days had passed since I moved out only after alot of pushing and calling was I able to get it back. Their certificate of deposit protection means nothing as they don't value it. Think multiple times before giving them any money. I as a tenant paid my rent on time and did all the cleaning but they even then they want the moving in tenants " professional " cleaning Fee to come out of your deposit. Of course the tenant can not provide the same level of cleanliness as a professional.

We have rented our flat in Tower Hamlets via Quest London for over five years now and they have always done an amazing job in ensuring the flat is kept to a very high standard. They have always kept us in the loop regarding any issues and fixes that needed doing and seems very responsive to the tenants that rented our flats needs. We went for the managed let option and have dealt with Anwar Hoque who has always gone above and beyond for us. We have had issues with the roof leaking and he and his team have dealt with Tower Hamlets and insurance companies for us but have always kept up informed throughout the entire process through written correspondence and also photos and videos which has saved us time travelling to see the damage ourselves. I can highly recommend this company as they really do care for the landlords and tenants in equal measure. If we do buy another property, we will definitely be renting it out via Quest London.

I recently rented my first room in London and it was great! I dealt with Carl, that made the process of renting the room very easy, he helped me with everything and he was very professional and nice. When I arrived to the room, there were some things that didn't work well but the maintenence team came really quickly to fixed them.

Absolutely poor service for Buyers, sellers and renters. Rude management and they made my lose over £2500 pounds. Stay well away! If you are buying or renting - try find the same property via a different agent!

Absolutely unprofessional people. I booked a viewing on the phone and confirmed the time with an agent. I called again to check why I didn’t receive the address for the property and it turned out they didn’t book the viewing.

They are not available for appointment, which is fine considering the situation, but they didn't call us back since we left our details (more than 1 week ago).

They sold my Victorian terrace house in Poplar E14. They might be a small company but they have the quality and experience to negotiate on our behalf. They marketed in the metro newspaper. Very confident. Would like to commend Christine and Michelle for their hard work and patience not to rush in to selling. It's not about Foxtons anymore - it's about Alphabet City!

Estate agent for mostly East London. They are very precise with their checks and paperwork which is a huge plus. A lot of systems are in place like maintenance portals that makes business with this estate agent a very enjoyable experience. You might pay a bit more for the property and it will be worth it.

Didn't even bother replying to my email. Clearly business must be good if they don't need clients.

Jason has made sure my move in was a smooth transition. He is extremely hard working and responded to all my emails very quickly. He has genuinely gone the extra mile in sorting out logistics and communications with the landlord and previous tenant. As someone who has dealt with many agents before he is the most honest and professional agent i have dealt with by far. He is someone i would definitely recommend to anyone 👍.

Disappointed service. I booked a viewing with Rachel and the porpety has been let out before my appointment. However, I didn’t receive any text message about the cancellation. I left the voicemail two days before my appointment but no one call me back. So I called again in the early morning, I spoke to one of the staff who didn’t even apologise and just said the appointment has been cancelled. This company seriously need someone who knows what they are doing and understands the customer service.
